The staff did all their work perfectly, the location is good, but if you want to see the Palace - you'd have to walk through the pedestrian street about 10-15 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, spacey rooms, excellent breakfast, indoor parking (safety for the car). Everything was lovely. Thank you!. Good breakfast and central location. An impressive historic hotel in the centre of Iasi. Very large room with a kettle & fridge, and the view on to the main square was excellent. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. I liked staying there. A very good location, right in the center of the city. The location. The hotel is located on the square, don't get there by car - you'd be fined by police. Leave your car not far from the hotel before register at the reception and than go to underground parking. I couldn't use the wifi in the room as they gave me a cable to connect to the laptop but I was using an iPad. Cannot easily park when you check in. The hotel resides in a car free plaza. There is underground parking you should pull in that driveway. Aircondition very weak , parking only over the street. In the rooms is not allowed to smoke, that's excellent, but I don't understand why the hotel staff accept peoples to smoke on the hallways. Maybe someone will decide to take the ashtrays forbidden to smoke in all areas of the hotel. Internet connection. Rooms with squeare view are quite noisy. The evening meal was ok but nothing special. Bed could do with replacing, wasn't particularly comfortable. No internet conection. There was loud music in the restaurant, and it was heard in my room, tv remote didn't work, wi-fi was password protected. Expected more for the price payed. - the room with a view over some technical parts of the hotel - everything was closed (restaurant, bar) - internet didn't work. They offered another room after we unpacked. We didn't try. - staff did not understand the problem in the evening. - staff in the morning didn't listen to my complaints, she just ignored them - breakfast : I never tasted a country omelet that only tasted like water. tv antenna was broken dinner served in room was uncooked the room was dirty (dust in power socket, etc) old crt tv.
