The best location possible in Iasi, right in the center of the city. Splendid view from some of the rooms at higher levels. Rooms are impeccable: comfortable bed, large desk, smart TV, minibar with stuff at supermarket prices (!), very efficient air conditioning. The restaurant at the top of the building has good food and spectacular views. Breakfast is a (very) rich buffet, and coffee is not that bad. Staff is very nice and helpful. Best choice in Iasi!.

Nothing I can think of. Nothing bothered me. There wasent much to complian at.. Smallthings. But it is not worth to write. Reception desk staff could be more helpful. Service can be improved in that area. - some of the spa personnel could improve their politeness abilities; - interior parking is very crowded when conferences occur. each time you log out from internet you must put in 2 pin codes again. Curtains need to block light. Little on the thin side. A minor negative in an extremely competent hotel. The Internet works great, with speed better than in most of the hotels that I have stayed in but the setup using the television is... not the best idea. Beds a bit smaller and harder than I'd have prefered. Better not get a southern room in summer, we got slightly cooked. SPA open for public and mostly occupied from people outside of the hotel. They introduced a Club card for frequent guest, but nobody even takes notice about it. I actually don't know if any of my stays was registered or not. N/A. There was no hot water late in the evening and we had to shower with cold water. Lobby they need to change a little bit more the hotel lobby. nothing ... Local food lacks, but the breakFast at the hotel is GREAT!. It would have good if the hotel had advised me that the restaurant and spa were closed for the Easter weekend. Nothing. the breakfast was good but as a suggestion the food needs to be extended, for example those with lactose intolerance maybe you should provide soy products. The spa closed far too early. On a usual day I was working until 8-9 then would have dinner after. Closing at 11 is to soon. Additionally the weight machine was awful, heavier free weights would be nice. The noise from the air conditioning system. No complaints. Really nothing to complain about it. We asked for a cot for our son 6 months before our trip. Once we got there, no cot and we slept a 3 in a double bed! They only have one cot apparently!!! The same story for iron ! Only one for 1000 rooms!!. First room smelled too strongly of smoke - moved to a non-smoking room (I didn't realise you had to ask for a non-smoking room) which only smelled slightly of smoke. poor Wi-Fi connection gym didn't exist. Parking is not free. nothing to mention in particular. the beds are small. Some person from the staff. didn't like the taste of breakfast coffee and water. Room needs a garbage bin. There is only a small one in the bathroom. sometimes it takes a few minutes to get hot water , after letting it run a few minutes. parking area. nothing serious.
