Fantastic hotel -- great accommodation, with every facility available within the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The receptionist acted as a translator over the phone when we needed some assistance to purchase medication for our son who was ill. All staff we came into contact with showed concern and offered any assistance possible. We returned to this hotel after a tour of Romania and the staff displayed this same level of help and support. Thank you all.

I met an incident during my stay whereby I had loss my valuable sport watch in my room, however, the hotel security was so professional, after several details investigation and they would finally able to help me search back my losses watch; I felt extremely grateful and thankful for that great assistance to this hotel management. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyo. Clean hotel, very friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast, varied, tasty, and plenty. Free wi-fi, excellent signal; I could work, skype, etc. My flight out of Bucharest was at 9 pm. I left my luggage (including laptop) in the hotel - they have a small luggage room - and walked the streets of Bucharest for a few hours. All was wonderful. Excellent location in the heart of Bucharest. It was money well spent! I will definitely stay here again. This hotel is calm, realy clothe from the old center, even if on the map it can seems far. Everythang can be done by walking. The room is clean, nice prepare with little design. Wifi, and all the service are ate the good level. Breakfast very nice, with fraish fructs vegetables... The personnal is realy carefull about you.. It's nice. It was a lovely hotel. It looked small from the outside but inside was light and spacious. The location is perfect - it is in the centre of Bucharest, everything is on few minutes walking. The hotel is very nice, the people too. It has a very convenient location, hotel is pretty new and well maintained, romms with heating/ac, large selection of tv channels, safe, minibar and generally there's everything you'd need and expect from a 4* hotel. The breakfast served generally fair but not that much of variety choices. The hotel is excellent, but there are a couple small things that would make it even better. - a coffee maker in the room. Would have helped with my sore throat. - an iron board would have been helpful. I asked at the reception and they gave me one, but having one in the room would have been great (especially at 5 am). Take care of the taxis tarif call by the reception. The taxis driver will use the tarif as if you take it around the corner! (T1) The normal low tarif from a radiotaxi call is tarif (t2). Hotel bar was very small - but that's just being picky!!. Some minor mistakes of the staff, but I would say they are very friendly so I don't really mind. Dogs in back of the hotel barked all night. The breakfast could be a little beat longer, it's from 7-10 am. I came down at 10.10 am and I was rejected by the waiter saying that restaurant it's already closed. I think they can be more flexible in terms of timing especially because is a small hotel with not too many guests. I didn't like that I had to leave to Australia so soon. They don't have a proper conference room where you should sustain interviews or have a business meeting. Nothing. The entry to the hotel is made by stairs, about 15-20 and for older people is a bit of a problem. As with Bucharest in general an awareness of stray dogs near the hotel is required. First night had a meal there in the evening but it wasn't up to much - frozen veg and tough steak. Room 407 and 207 have same window problem (not closing very well) and we heard all the noise of the city during nights. though I booked 2 months in advance, they were not able to secure a non smoking room. Fortunately, there was no smell :-). Is a 20 minute walk to the center however it was very easy to hail a taxi. Nothing at all; just after my checking out and my declaration of nothing consumed through the mini bar, they have claimed that there are missing things in the minibar. I hope they upgrade their minibar checks before offering the rooms. Streetdogs barking at night and keeping us awake. But of course, the hotel cannot be held responsible for that. air-cond too warm. I would of liked to have a kettle in my room otherwise no complaints... nothing to report. Kettle in room. Pillows are uncomfortable (too elastic). I asked the waiter at the breakfast (which was included in the room price) for a decaf coffee and he brought me one quickly but without informing me that this will be billed separately (not included in standard breakfast menu). Nothing. :). room window opened to a courtyard with two loud dogs, breakfast can be served better but these are just minor issues. The problem was that they called us a taxi from a company they work with to take us to the airport. All fine until the driver refused to issue an invoice but wanted to settle the payment informally. He was rude and did not give change. I know that a driver's behavior is not something the hotel can control but they can choose who they do business with!. The sole issue to be improved would be a choice of the pillows. There are two pillows on the bed. One is extremely big and one extremely small. A medium - standard size would be more than welcome. No sugar free drinks in the minibar. The restaurant offers a variety of international dishes, but it doesn't outstand for quality. Nor honor, nor shame.
