There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. Had a 4 nights stay and had requested a studio but because there was none available at the time, we were offered a large apartment instead which was brilliant. Staff incredibly friendly. Location was excellent - dead in the city centre. Facilities were just as described - this includes washer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and extremely good signal WiFi. Would recommend to anyone thanks for a love.
all reviews » The apartment was large and roomy, it was extremely clean and modern, it had all of the appointments that were necessary and many more than were expected (things such as kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, etc.), the location was fantastic, the service was exceptional, the Internet worked very well, and it was very quiet (in a neighborhood that’s not necessarily known for being particularly quiet). They receive my highest recommendation. Our family, including our two teenage kids, loved this apartment. It is huge, with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Air-conditioned. Excellent kitchen facilities, down to filter water, which saved us a lot on bottled water. Good wi-fi signal and next to a supermarket. Excellent location - neighbors to the Hilton and Radisson Blu hotels, walking distance from many sights. Robert communicated well and brought the keys to us. The apartment we got was really nice - close to Piata Romana with two bedrooms, spacious living room and a nice kitchen. We were very happy with the staff and with the facilities at the flat. The wi-fi was so fast and no fault at all. Beds were comfy, had towels and everything you need. Also very convenient to get by in the center of the city. We walked back to the flat from the Old Town for about 25 minutes - was great. Right in the heart of Bucharest - with all the advantages of a central location. Very nice staff. Clean, quiet, and fully equipped apartment (kitchen). WiFi - good signal. I already booked it again for my next trip to Bucharest! I would recommend it to my friends!. Very prompt responses from the owners prior to our arrival, they waited for us at the apartment when we arrived from the airport. Apartment was in an excellent location in the center of Bucharest and had all the necessary amenities. There was nothing that I didn’t like. I was happy with everything. Nothing. Just mind the parking though. The agency recommended that we go to that flat as there is a spot to park behind the residential building and indeed there was but every time we parked the car we were only to find it next morning with it's wind-screen wiper up as a sign of protest that we parked in someone else's place - I mean how rude is that seriously... It happened twice in a row!. Lack of parking, but that's a common problem in Bucharest, you have to try and find one. Everything else was great. - No actual lobby or staff to ask for advice about the city. No major issues. The only two things to mention are: 1) miscommunication about the exact location of the appartment - the final address was different then the one shown in letsbookhotel.com but finally better than the previous one ;-) 2) you have to park your car on the street. nothing really. the ironing device needs an update. no parking place. Nothing. cigarette smell in the furniture, dark, and extremly noisy - I can not understand why this place had such good reviews. Not very spacious, the flushing cistern in the bathroom was broken and used to leak all the time, creatng noise. The kitchen was practically non-existing.
