Staff are friendly and helpful. although I booked 3 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and had to leave one day earlier. The hotel staff did not charge me for changing my booking, although according to the booking conditions I was supposed to pay a penalty. I thanks them for that. I also liked the location of the hotel on top of the hill where the day and night views of Brasov are great. It is too close to the the pedestrian shopping area of the city.
all reviews » Awesome room; 331 with old hardwoods, big windows, great bath and large balcony. Breakfast was good; limited help your self but they cook eggs for you and self serve cafe. Terrific location near center, Premerie bus stop (#4 bus for Gara) and main bus stop of Livada Posteii. For Bran daytrip; #12 bus or taxi to Autogara 2... plenty of buses for Bran there, 7 lei and easy. - the view we had from our room's balcony to the city and Tampa hill was extraordinary - very silent hotel and only 5 min walking from the city center - very nice people working at this hotel and also very helpful - it has free parking, which is a bit hard to find at other hotel/pensions in Brasov - a real 4* hotel/pension - toiletries, slippers, bathrobe. We like everything in this place. The staff is the best, never saw anything like that before. The food in the restaurant is great. We can seat outside to enjoy the great view of Brasov. I want to São thank to Lucian, Catalina, Marius, Adi, Daniel, Ovidin and Nicolau for everything the made to make tour stay there unforgettable. Characterful 1930s hotel with fantastic panoramic views over Brasov. Great location a short walk from the main square and old town etc. Our room was lovely, with wonderful furnuture and art.
