The hotel is new and is centrally located, the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean, the lounge on the 45th floor is big and provides generous breakfast and was opened most of the time for soft drinks and snacks. we would love to stay in this hote again. Very nice large rooms, comfertable beds. Room service is exelent. I loved the the spa & gym there it's very nice & Professional staff especially the lady incharge for the spa. Hotel location is very nice near by everything u need.

But it is today's Doha. Stop allowing smoking indoors in the lobby!!! Aaaarggghhhh!!. In the Club lounge, due to alcohol restrictions, children under 18 can not enter after 16:30. Maybe a side room allowing adults to eat/drink with kids close by in a play room?. The smell of drains in the bathroom....dreadful!. it took some time for check in but i understand the rush. the WIFI should be free of charge in all areas of the hotel. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. could not get free room upgrade although i was IHG member. Restaurant facilities limited throughout day. Confusing lift systems to upper floors. No business/executive floor available to those booking Executive Suite. the hotel was complete and the management know that , and i think also they know that restaurant will know take all the people who is in the hotel so they should open other restaurant it's a 5 star hotel not 1 star hotel because we had wait for more than 45 mins to find a table. nothing. nothing.. all was great. Not enough information in the room, had to wait a while in reception to check out. No rental cars service. So delay in response for the staff Waiting the luggage for more than 2 hours finally we got it ourselves. Staff whilst very friendly are not very well trained. Food, was a little disappointing, sea food lacking. Smocking in the loby. That was very bad when you inter near to the reception you be welcomed by the smock. Please stop that for the happyness of few desturbence of every one. Everything shuts down @ 2am. Charged wifi, buffet breakfast good but can be better. Given room for special need people without my request has to change. The response of service, it is very slow and long waits. Nothing. Very busy at times of holiday particularly at breakfast. Nice location right in the center of the city. But trying to figure out how to get to the lobby can be tricky. You have to zig zag through a few small side streets and no signs for direction. Food wasn't the best I had in Doha. 1- swimming pool. It takes long time in the check in and check out as well as it takes them forever for the in room services. Breakfast selection is limited and boring. Also, I have noticed that the workers who make the wafles, omelets are not wearing gloves and sometimes they use thier hands for putting cheese. Break fast voraity Internet access is not free and so slow -. Internet and breakfast should be included by default in all rooms. I stay in several chains and this is now staple nearly everywhere. taking long time for checkout. Tv channel list & in room dinning menu needs update. The bed sheets has 2 small stains althought it was clean.
