The room was nice, when left in the morning and clicked the "please tidy" button, I returned to such a pleasant surprise with a decoration with flowers on my bed. This was a very nice touch and much appreciated! Overall I had a pleasant stay and would definitely return. Excellent staff, and spacious clean rooms, facilities onsite very good including pool, health club, restaurants and supermarket.

The location of the hotel. there is nothing to like about the so called hotel "EZDAN". There was an ashtray in the room, but no matches. And when I went to find the shop it was a hassle and difficult to find. Upon arrival I entered tower 1, and the receptionist sent a trainee to take me to tower 4. He had no idea where he was going and took me back and fourth and had to ask directions 3 times. I was very unimpressed. The communal areas, corridors, 4th floor terraces etc. very tired looking. Lots of loose floor tiles in corridors and terrace flooring in very bad repair. Cabled internet in the room was rather slow. Very small bathroom No kettle, complementary coffee Wayfinding in parking. 4th floor bit of building site. Will be good when finished. Limited facilities within each tower and elevators are slow and frustrating. There was no room service for 2 days :( The safe was locked. This is a little bit old... Elevator is very slow. the timinng and charging of the accomodation, I did arrive at your Hotel on 9/11/2013 after 4 in the morning but you charge me as if Idid arrive on 8/11/2013 while Ihave received the Information during my booking that the Check out time is at 14-16 in the afternoon but when the day come of my check out you tell me tht the check out time is t noon. Provision of Break fast you should include it in accomodation charges. I believe the windows were not quite sealed as their was some leaks. One Restaurant closed due to municipality violations. Swimming pool empty and in desparate need of renovation. No bar. Co operation of reception staff. though i had a reservation it takes more then 45 minutes waiting to get my room. the policy of payment .eg , when booking is complete the hotel sent a note to the guest that to re confirm the credit cart data. most hotels the amount of room fees recieved during the check in. The pool was closed for refurbishment and was my primary factor in choosing a hotel with an outdoor pool. the shower just had (very) hot water!. The hotel is simply out-dated. It was built as accomodation for the Asian games and it seems, that it didn´t get any improvements afterwards. breakfast. There is no wifi (inter net),I can not park my car in side the hotel parking area becuse my reservation only for two night but if I have reserve more than two week then I will be able to park my car inside the hotel parking area which is unfair. Although the hotel look modern from external facade, yet internally need serious renovation! And need to be furnished as proper hotel apartments, because the furniture is too old and the rooms layout are not even designed as per hotels standards. The beds are not comfortable. With major renovation and refurbishment, the hotel will be amazing selection in Doha. The hotel staff is not friently and polite to the guests. Generally, I did not feel comfortable as long as stayed in the hotel. Cheap furniture. Service team response, I was locked out of the room for almost one hour as room lock was not working. Bad smell next to breakfest room. ultra disappointing! if you have no hotels but EZDAN in Doha then better sleep in your car or the park maybe! bad staff! very cheap furniture, very poor room finish! apprently dirty! just everything is wrong and inconvenient.... The facilities and service are absolutely terrible. It is more like a 2-3 star hotel! Room service is also terrible!.

Breakfast included in the rates is only for adults. Breakfast for children: 0 - 5 years old will be free of charge 6 - 12 years old will be half of sellable price 12 above one adult at sellable price Extra beds can only be accommodated in the Deluxe Rooms and higher room category. Please note that check-in is conducted at Tower 4. Please note that guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authority letter with the the passport copy of the card holder. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again directly the full payment upfront for the entire stay. The previous charged amount will be refunded back to the first credit card that was used. Please note that check-in commence from Saturday 19 August 2017 for all hotels booking is conducted at Tower 2 reception till further notice due to that Tower 4 reception under renovation.
