The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. This apartment is amazing. Right in the centre of everything. Shops and restaurants a few mins away. So nice to come home from a day sight seeing to a lovely big jacuzzi and a roaring fire. The guy who greeted us was very nice and very friendly. Would recommend staying here and we hope to return.

The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. The resteraunt served good food for a fair price and the buffet breakfast is the best I have ever seen. I certainly would make a trip back to Krakow just to stay there again. - E

Hotel is close to city center. A quadruple room was two separate rooms with parquet floor, there was also a table and an electric kettle. The coffee from hotel's coffee machine costed only 2 zlotys. -

great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.
