Everything. Quality and cleanliness beyond my expectations. Excellent accommodation, we only stayed two nights but would have been very confortable for longer stay. Location also excellent, handy for buses, trains and all sights. Great little bakery just across the road. Cakes for £1. Excellent modern apartment, clean and warm. Great location. To find the hotel, come out of the train station into the shopping mall, on next floor up find Benetton shop and take the exit next to the shop, walk up the street facing the exit, hotel is on the left.

Helped by another reviewers comment to find hotel from train station- go into shopping mall, take escalator turn round to see Benneton and use exit. Hotel on street opposite. Location to main square, was only a small walk. Size of rooms they were massive with new kitchens. Staff were help they even lent us a travel plug and there was 20 of us on stag weekend. All English speaking. Good central location to local market, modern shopping mall and only a short walk to the main square. Clean and spacious accommodation. Very helpful reception staff. The staff should have been trained well.A little slow internet connection. the apartment Katowice was on the first floor and appeared to be directly above a dico/musice club. THIS WAS NOISY BUT UNDERSTANDABLY. HOWEVER DURING THE EVENING AND NIGHT THE SMOKE FROM THERE PERMEATED THE APPARTMENT AND MADE THE ATMOSPHERE MOST UNPLEASANT. I COULD THEREFORE NOT RECOMMENT THIS HOTEL TO A NON SMOKER.

Our hotel is situated in the centre of Krakow's Old Town.
We are only 100 metres from the train station which has a 15 minute fast connection to the airport in Balice.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the main square. The hotel is located at the start of the Royal Route. This route allows guests to walk next to beautiful historic monuments, churches and museums which introduce them to the atmosphere of previous eras.
Our apartments are located opposite the Baroque church of Saint Florian; we are also near to the largest shopping centre in the city: Galeria Krakowska.
