The room was very clean and modern with brilliant self-catering facilities. The breakfast was fantastic as it was very traditional and in plentiful supply. I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel.convenience of the location. The hotel was great! Very central and the staff where soooo kind! I recomend it!.

The heating system at the hotel is very antiquated so is was very noisy at times but on a positive note it kept the room at a cosy temperature all the time.The one thing i did not like was the beds for me they were too firm but of course that it a personal choice. not much room for storing clothes in the bedroom; two beds a long way apart; nowhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom.lack of a relaxing (easy) chair. we didnt like the breakfast situation twice we went over at different times and there was nothing left not even a tea bag one morning we had nothing to eat and was told there was no eggs no meats no teabags left we had to go elsewhere to find something to eat i dont think thats very good when we had already paid to have breakfast do you. Lighting in the room - no bedside light, only overhead bulb. The hallway noise is loud. Many guests came in late (after 2 AM) and woke us up. I am not sure if there is anything that can be done about this. Also, the beds are a bit hard.Heater was weak. Not enough pillows for the bed ( though this was rectified by staff).

Information about the area

Due its ideal situation, in the centre of Kraków, you can visit the Collegiate Church of St. Florian, a historic church which stands at the northern end of the Matejko Square. It was built between 1185 and 1216 and consumed by fire numerous times in the 12th, 16th and 17th centuries. The present appearance of the church is the result of a Baroque rebuilding that followed the Polish-Swedish wars. The church was also the historical King's Route (Via Regia) for the royal funeral processions to the Wawel Cathedral.

Wawel Cathedral – the Cathedral Basilica of Sts. Stanisław and Vaclav – is Poland's national sanctuary. It has a 1,000-year history and was the traditional coronation site of Polish monarchs. Pope John Paul II had considered being buried there.
