My overall stay was excellent!! :) The Hotel staff were great - veryfriendly and knowledgable about their Location in the Krakow. Teresa andMartin and Kate made my stay simply awesome!! They helped me with manyimportant aspects of my trip. I would stay at Pollera again because oftheir kindness and helpfulness. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable beds. Super location for the city centre.

I thought that the reception staff were rather abrupt, but I am assuming that this is due to the language differences. noise for the other rooms. The beds were hard. The room was very small and disappointing, not like any photographs on the websites. The breakfast was all cold. No bacon, eggs etc. Some of the front desk staff where not at all friendly.
