What people say
A very centrally located apartment, and what's more it was quite cheap. The unit that we got was spacious, fantastically designed. Another perk of staying in our unit was it was just beside a restaurant that played lovely live music every night!.
The hotel stuff are very friendly. The location is very good for sightseeing in Krakow. It has a small kitchen, so it's convenient for people who stay here for several days.all reviews »
Hotel/apartments were fantastic.
Excellent location to centre and train st.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were very helpful.
The location was great. Good value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends and family.
Location - right in the centre of town. Friendly staff when checked in at nearby hotel. Excellent value for money.
loved the location and the fact that we had a small kitchen where we could make tea ourselves
EXCELLENT breakfast.
Perfect location, just few minutes walking from Main Market Square. Great value for money. Quiet good breakfast.
The location is amazing, right in the old town. Really great quality and value for the low price!.
Location.
Best breakfast (at Hotel Elektor).

Was clean and comfortable. plenty of room.
Excellent location staff super as usual !.
the location, excellent.
Close to market square.
Hotel's breakfast room;.
Location is very good.
Breakfast was good and varied. There is a maid service but it is really
just make the beds as the bathroom was not cleaned during our 4 day
stay. Location is good as it's just outside the town centre and very
close to the train station.
The kettle was a bit dirty, that's why we decided to buy mineral water in our 4 days stay. But nothing major to be honest.
I have a problem to watch the TV. It is a little bit old and the remote control devices didn't work well. Although I could watch it after all, I'd like to have a written instruction for using it.
Can't complain at all.
There was a kettle but no tea and coffee.
The apartments were on a different street to reception but was told this before we came.
Was easy to find.
Just a little note, maybe remind the guests theres a city tax to pay on there arrival. As some guests might have spent up at the end of the holiday and have the money to pay.
Furnishings a bit basic and the beds were very hard!.
two single beds and a bunkbed; wish the option of bunkbed + double bed was available
skylight window leaked under the heavy rain.
Apartment was with twin beds, but we requested one big bed.
We had 3 big luggages and there was no elevator: we stayed on the 3rd floor and it was hard to take the luggages. No one helped.
Wifi internet didn't work in the 3rd floor.
parking with car near hotel wasnt possible.
Nothing.
Bad smell in staircase,in room is fine.
Nothing.
nothing.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
I stayed in one of their studio apartments where there was a most
unpleasant odeur in the entrance hall: No heating inside and quite
noisy: Tv and alarm clock didn't work : Room was visited everyday by
staff who did not see what had to be done: bath mats, more pillows and
beds arranged differently for more comfort would be appreciated; more
covers for bed would be appreciated:.
The room is much worse than pictures.
Be advised that all rooms have twin beds and the shower delivers luke
warm water!! Not good for the snowy cold mornings or evenings!! The
breakfast is at the Elektor Hotel.
