hotel staff was very experienced and the services were exactly as they were advertised !. Everything. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, very helpful and considerate. The best I have ever seen or experienced. I have speical praise for Katriona (not sure of spelling) at the reception desk, she never tired of my questions about the city and tours, she patiently dealt with my requests for assistance and information.
