Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). It was quite a few flights up to the apartment (worth keeping in mind for anyone with difficulties in this area but they did have lower level apartments). The apartment it.
all reviews » The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place. The apartment was simply incredible - tastefully designed mixing modern . Great location, right off the main square in krakow. Everything is within walking distance and staff are really helpful and organised all our day trips as well as recommending places to eat and visit. Apartment was very clean and good size for 2 people even though it could sleep 4 we were on the 1st floor at the front looking over main st of grodzka. Fabulous apartments and location, our room was fabulous (Emerald), no noise as back facing. Felt very private and secure with two fabulous reception staff who helped prior to arrival with really prompt responses to few queries. Put us next door to our friends which was great. Our apartment was excellent - clean, comfy, very clean and modern bathroom and shower. You couldn't get a better location! The staff were excellent, really helpful, even arranging taxi pick ups and drop offs from the airport which were convenient and really well priced. Lovely flat in a great location. Nice and spacious with all the facilities you need. Overall great value for money and compared to other places we had stayed on our travels(admittedly at half the price of this one) it was pure luxury and a great place to end our trip. Apartment was very clean and good size for 2. We were on the top floor overlooking the main Grodzka street and liked hearing the horses going up and down the street. Excellent Location (less then a minute walk from the main square 5minutes from the Bus Terminal / Shopping Mall Friendly Stuff, Spacious room and equipped with all necessary facilities. Value for money Highly recommended. The apartments are modern, clean and well equipped. The location is right off the old market square, very central. I would stay there again. We arranged an airport transfer through the apartments, which was perfect. Really liked the spacious apartment in a fantastic location just off the main market square. Quite secure and peaceful since it is set back a little from the square front. Bed and linen was good quality and clean. Amazing location! The place is downtown, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is great. Nothing. Noisier in evenings as on main strip so bring ear plugs and problem solved if you are a light sleeper. Wasn't any air on so rooms can get warm but opened windows although bit more noise apartment cooled down. But liked hearing horses going up and down st Drainage in this area may not be to great as toilets have a strange smell, but it passes after time. 2small things over several plus points, would def use them again. Slight drain smell when arrived but soon passed. Our friends were in Crystal and found street noise slightly troublesome. We were situated on the first floor over the courtyard so if people came in late/left early and were noisy this woke us up. But this is very minor and I would definitely use again!. Although we had a fan (and later a second fan after a complaint) the lack of air conditioning was a real problem for us and made night time especially uncomfortable. All the windows opened but the noise outside didnt really make it practical. This eventually made me quite ill after a few days. Other than air-con, I would absolutely recommend it. Nothing-everything was great. Noisy in evenings due to live music being played in a small pub opposite until early hours of the morning. The apartment is looking a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint. Also there is no washing machine. The bed pillow. It was quite warm inside on a mild day, so it might get really hot on a hot one. There is an electric fan, but no aircon. Nothing!!. Nothing!. Nothing. Windey staircase was a bit troublesom (no warning, maybe i missed it mentioned)..i have walking probs,but we managed and it was worth it :-). Would have liked a microwave oven and drying up rack. Air conditioning units located directly outside windows. Thin walls meant noise from adjoining apartment. A little noisy. Both morning and night. Not one thing!! X x. Loved everything. There is a night club in the basement which goes on after midnight. Unfortunately the apartment is not well insulated in terms of sound, so the night club noise and that of adjoining apartments can be heard through the walls. + Phone lines were not working. the lack of a lift for bulky luggage was a issue as carrying large suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was a challenge but staff gave a hand when asked. The shower door was suck in one position and impossible to move and I think had been like it for some time. The noise from the night club across the road which went on until 6-30 am. Because location is centre of everything it can be a little noisy and the horse carriages went clip clop up our street all day and night. Lack of experience of our minibus driver with excursion organisation. lots of steps to room,carrying luggage to our room, was difficult. would benefit having a lift. Pillows were too limp and beds a bit hard, but I'm a sound sleeper and it didn't bother me much. the stairs were a bit tricky, especially with suitcases. No oven or toaster. We didn't plan to use an oven and toasted bread in a fry pan, so these drawbacks didn't matter. Steep stairs - we were on the top floor. With heavy luggage it can be a struggle. Our partment looked over the courtyard at the back and with the windows open was noisy. Some sort of big generator thing was going 24x7. Somebuilding work started at 7am in the morning and so did the cleaners - so more noise. We were expecting coffee pods to be provided. Why have a coffee machine with no coffee pods?. Intense noise from the outside combined with a need to keep windows open (no AC), very old building - no elevator,. I booked 2 doubles but only got one double and one twin without receiving any notification about this. The staff did apologise and offered a small discount on their Krakow tours if booked with them. Sofa bed uncomfortable. The stairs would prove difficult if you had a lot of luggage. difficult to park the car and parking inside the city very expensive. Smell of drains in the bathroom which was not resolved despite complaining about it, but suspect this is due to old drainage in this part of town as the smell was elsewhere in town as well. Sofa bed was not very comfortable and the living room was noisy at night (you can hear peope in the stairwell as they come back at night), so I would only recommend booking this place as a couple so that you only sleep in the bedroom, which was quieter. Too steep stairs and no lift. The fact that there is no lift. Noise outside. The steps up to apartment would be dangerous for small children. Tv did not work. Nothing.
