From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. They were modern, clean, safe, (code to get in and out), well equipped, we even had a bottle of beautiful wine waiting for us when we arrived, along with tea or coffee and the added touch of sweets on the bed was lovely. Igor, the manager met us on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful. He told us about breakfast, which we decided to try the following morning and we have to say it surpasse.
all reviews » This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. Excellent security for the building and apartment. Igor , the manager, made us very welcome and gave a very good Intrduction to the workings of the apartment. He spoke . Igor was very welcoming and presented us with wine chocolates shopping bag and a map which my husband held and referred to as "Igors map" as any other one we got was not as good. The apartment was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, everything clean and fresh. Shower was amazing, always hot water and brilliant power jets. Security was something else. Felt really safe and never worried about our belongings while out and about. Safe Box in room for your important bits. Apartments very close to . Absolutely loved our stay at the apartments . The apartment (called modern) is wonderful, with all the necessary (maybe we can suggest to add some knifes with a better blade for cut meat for example, and a pair of scissor). Very near to the city centre. The manager Igor and Staff were very friendly. When we arrive Igor presented us a bottle of good red wine, a nice shopper and we found also chocolates on the bed and coffe and the on the table!We really appreciated all these things!If you need anything Igor is very kind and ready to help yo. I loved the apartment - we got greeted by a guy called Igor who was so smiley and helpful, its not everyday you meet such nice people. Presents on arrival, loved it all. A beautifully decorated apartment. Near to train station, shopping mall, and krakow main square. The gentleman that met us was very helpful and nice, his name is Ivor. We booked a very spacious studio. It's possible to get some tv channels in English using the remote, if you are not sure how to do it I'm sure Ivor will help you. Restaurants are still fairly cheap in krakow but there's all you need in the apartment to prepare meals. Friendly greeting from Igor who spoke great English and made us feel very welcome with gifts of wine, chocs, tea and coffee, water and a lovely shopping bag. Apartment immaculate and very comfortable. Location great only 8 minutes from train station and only a few minutes walk to main square in a quiet street. One advice - visible sign on the door would be helpful to find apartaments. The appartment is stone throw from the old centre of Krakow, it is very spacious and luxurious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we complained about (jackhammer) noisy neighbours the first morning, we were given a night accommodation for free. Highly recommended. Very conveninent fior centre, station and shops. No complaints. Nothing we didn't like . Not having a toaster, but we realise this is not common in Europe. Slamming doors and noise from upstairs. Nothing. - one single suggestion - should provide cleaning at least every 3-4 days. We stayed 7 nights and there was the need for a quick clean, towel change, etc. Just one little gripe, the curtains let too much light into the rooms, at least we were up early to start the day!. Nothing. Nothing to dislike, all excellent. There needs to be a clear sign on the outside of the building, directing to the Apartments. We could not find our way there because of lack of sign. However, Mr Igor acknowledged this and said that a sign will be put up soon. 2Nd thing that would most certainly lift Apartments to straight 10 points is to have a facility of take away ordering. Each room should have a take away menu with door delivery service. I am sure many local businesses would opportunity like this. could do with a better quality of coffee and perhaps more than 2 teabags, but these are just minor things. I think they need to rteplace the thin blinds with a decent curtain as light streamed in from early dawn. Also location of bed right next to the window and could be seen throgh gap in the blinds. Unfortunately next door was being upgraded and woken early (before 6.30) 2 mornings running by activities next door - appreciate work has to be done but don't they start early. N/A. only minor things such as a toaster would have been beneficial and small things like kitchen cloths, although im sure if asked Igor he would eagerly accomodate. Woken at 07.30 with builders working on other apartment upstairs. ,A bit of construction noise in the building. At most times, however, it was totally quiet and relaxing. We wanted to move in! It was superb; we would highly recommend, and stay again without hesitation, in the "Onyx" apt at Apartmenty Parkside. tea/coffee supply could be a bit more generous.cutlery were water stained, but clean. Nothing. That we didn't have another night booked at these lovely apartments!. Two single duvets on luxuriously big double bed and of course the previously mentioned 7:30 renovation start of the neighbour immediately above our appartment. Nothing - couldn't be better!. No sign on the house informing that one has arrived to the right place. You have to call to be let in. Can be annoying for a tired visitor. A portable rack for a suitcase would have been great. (We had to use the bed or the floor to unpack.) Otherwise, great place!. Немного мешал шум с улицы при открытом окне. (напротив парковка отеля, куда прибывают туристические автобусы). Front apartments was noisy for traffic and emergency services through the night. Nothing. Work happening in apartment next door woke us at 6.45am one morning. Also unsure as to whether the dust from this was coming through the air vent but I had bad allergies the whole time, lots of sneezing and red eyes. Blinds let lots of light through. Nothing it was near all of the key sites. Crib provided did not have mattress or sized linen. We suggest that a baby chair should be available.
