I loved how convenient the biggest shopping mall is, it's literally less than 5 mins away from Ayala Center. I love how easy it is to find cabs as the hotel is literally by the busy road junction. I am young, not fussy about what the hotel is like and how it is like inside as long as it is clean and comfortable and necessities are provided, I am double fine with everything. 7-11 is literally opposite to the hotel lobby. Room wise, I am satisfied, we paid for the double bed room so aircon, wifi,.

While the room was small it was not cramped however more towel racks in the bathroom would have been better and the pillows provided were very soft and were of a poor standard. Old and noisy aircon- I suggest yiu replace it with economical and silent/quiet aircon series. No telephone in the room to call front desk. all good. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. The fact that u have to bring your bath towels down to the Front Office to have it changed every day is pretty silly, even when you have the housekeeper cleaning the room right infront of U. Room is very small and toothbrush is not included in the toiletries bag. Only 1 handicapped room, and it was over booked, so we lost out over 4 of 7 days in cramped quarters, shower with no handrail for fall avoidance. We booked online via letsbookhotel.com who took our credit card details and we assumed charged us, then because the bookings didn't get processed, due we understand to a fax failure, I had to pay cash again. Also, the 24-hr WiFi voucher given to guest for each day will expire sooner than the 24-hr. no space for clothes. a bit stripped down and simplistic, no phones in room. Tune's staffs are not kind.. there r no manual when they make mistakes to us.. somebody accept my booking number instead of me, he mistaked that but ive naver heard 'sorry'. Then One of ur staff said it's his fault.. I have no idea. If i go cebu again, i will never use tune again. Extremely small rooms. WiFi password given at the Front-Office that's supposed to last 24 hours, but did not. So had to go down get a new one. If u booked the room via letsbookhotel.com the previous night, Front Office does not have the booking until later when the their Reservation Dept forward it. I had to forward my email booking confirmation to the Front-Office before I was able to check-in. too basic. It is sometimes to loud. Your way of life and doing business. You only think about money snd money!!!!! Life is not everything about money.... it about caring each others. I will never take Tunes again.
