This hotel made me feel safe during super typhoon "Yolanda". What I liked most, personel were calm, no stress, no panic, nothing. Everything worked as usual. Even when electricity went down in the area, in a moment (I guess) hotel switched on there generators, so, nothing to worry about. The room is large, well equiped. Wifi worked well even during typhoon. Complimentary water in the room and tea/coffe making facilities. White towels, slippers, ironing board, safe box and etc. Just perfect. Bre.

It was disappointing that the roof bar terrace was closed for a private function for night I was there. because our check out time had to be before the Breakfast Buffet opened at 6pm we could not use our breakfast buffet. Fitness center has very little equipment. Because of the design of the tile around the bathtub, the shower leaked onto the floor even when the curtain was completely closed. Airport shuttle overpriced. * Slow internet speed * No independent switch just for the room's corridor * No swimming pool. Wifi connections could be faster. Wi-fi poor in rooms. (1)like air in room went to open window locked manager said you have to sign waiver (what in hell) never came. (2) breakfast shambles no one told us what to do coffee tasted like cow manure . (3) quoted 3000p p paid 3600p please include all up price as most hotels do. Amenities for only 1 person. I booked this hotel for my husband and although the facilities were quite reasonable I was quoted a price of AU $209 through bookings.com but when my husband went to pay he was charged AU$222 even though he had a copy of the booking on his iphone stating the price of AU $209 the manager argued that the extra was for taxes but it clearly stated on the booking that all levies and taxes were included but the manager would still not change the charges. would not stay there again.
