Great hotel. The price was very good, especially for the location (Miraflores - close to all shopping, restaurants, and the beach). The rooms were excellent, very clean, minibars, and the showers had hot water...with very good water pressure. Which, can be hit or miss, depending on the hotel. I come to Peru two or three times a year. This was definitely the best hotel I've stayed at, while in Lima. I'll certainly book this one again.
all reviews » Due to the location of the hotel, we were close to all amenities and attractions. The hotel staff were exdtremely helpful and friendly especially at the front desk. The food served in the restaurant was really good and quite big portions which was unexpected. My friend had the Llomo saltado and I had something which resembled a seafood paella. Both were equally good. The hotel was great and really beyond all our excpectations! Staff was so helpfull and polite, they were willing to assist in all that required to make our trip a big fun. The breakfast really good with a variety that suprised us. We will back to this hotel soon. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel felt very safe and comfortable and was located perfectly for walking in Miraflores. One mile to the cliff walk, easy to get to great restaurants and near the Parque. The bar was nice as was the bartender. Very informative upon welcome. We were too early to check in but they took care of our luggage and provided us with a map to walk the two minutes to the main square. Perfect location. A/c in the room, clean facilities & an elevator!!. Very close to the main square. The rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. Excellent WIFI. Rooms come with flat-screen TV and cable. There wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel. The price was a little bit high. The room was small but the bed was big and comfortable. The restaurant was just fair. It was perfect for what we needed. Although I'm sad we slept too late for the breakfast because we heard it was good!. Water gets VERY hot in small increments and then fluctuates. We had to wait for our room to be checked when we arrived this took over ten minutes. When we got to the room, we found that the bath was dirty. In fairness we did not report it, but just dealt with it ourselves. The negative is than they don't have a pool but the hotel is near to the beach. . The rooms are a little small. During my stay in early April, there are some construction works around. It will be fine if you'll get up early (before 9am) and go out, else, it maybe a bit disturbing if you stay in hotel. they would leave our window open. nothing. no pool (in summer that is bad) just 1 elevator for four persons. Nothing. Layout, furniture cheap. Nothing. The view of the adjoining dirty rooftops... Breakfast always the same. Street noise. They charge $10us in addition to the letsbookhotel.com rate when you arrive as a "service fee". all was ok. Just 1 Elevator. everything was ok. I have around my neck what appears to be bed bug bites. I am in the process of laundering all the clothing I took with me in tis trip, plus my own bed linen since I slep in it last night. The room I had was very, very small and the bathroom dark. The hotel would be more welcoming if they at least kept the elevator clean. Two key points: - the publicized rate which led to the booking was not honored, claiming that a double bed with my spouse included required an extra $20 per night, on top of the 10% "service charge" added to our bill. Staff was unwilling to make adjustments; and - staff failed to advise us about transportation to the airport (so we had to pay that, too). Very rigid and unhelpful, tending to blame the victim ("you should have...."). Room was relatively small and faces the main road with the noise of traffic disturbing you from early morning. set up of rooms. wifi. internet connection. Everything it was the worst breakfast I had whilst in peru and the staff were no help what so ever, they late check out was a lie and I had to leave my bags in some room all day before my 18 hour travel home !. breakfast buffet was a total joke- no coffee in coffeemaker, 3 pieces of stale bread.
