The service at this hotel was excellent. On my arrival I received an excellent welcome from Anthony at the front desk ( top service ) and the bellboy Victor was so kind and very professional. The rooms and the pool were out of this world. This has been the best stay I have ever had and since I travel a lot to Panama I will stay there next time again! Thanks for the excellent room and has a marvelous view at the 32nd floor.

The service at this hotel was excellent. Every member of staff at all levels, including the restaurants were so very helpful. The rooms were out of this world comfortable. A luxury Hotel ,one should experience Immaculate cleanliness and its superb location with sea view made it a place to stay longer. Very nice room with a very comfortable bed. Great restaurants in the hotel Staff really tries to be helpful. Great place have stayed there 3 times now love it!!! The beds are amazing!! And I can even take my dog :). the room set up,good hotel ambiance , nice bar, good gym,hotel has all facilities of the modern traveller. Cleanliness and the very complete equipment in the room equipment. We like this hotel. We are very satisfied for everything. It was a great week spent in there, will come again. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the people. It was very clean and the staff was exceptional. Facilities, staff, food, everything. Very good service in general. Great comforts of home. The quality of service. The pool is great. Todo perfecto. breakfast:except the "egg corner" a litle bit boring if u stay a while, the quality of bread bakery should be better. The balcony furniture could maybe have been a little more comfortable. Bath tub at the centre of the room and a open shower room deprived of privacy. The service was not 5 star. 1) We asked for amenities (they never refilled them) 2 times over the phone and they never came. 2) when we checked out I asked for help with the luggage that never came. So we took our luggage down (I don't have a problem with that, but when you are in a 5 star hotel you expect service) 3) chairs in the swimming pool were dirty and with food all over. Breakfast could be a touch better in day to day diversification ( quality pastries). Too big, too many wide open spaces. Despite the outstanding efforts from the staff to make you feel very welcome, you don't feel the warmth. The fact that I had my massage in my room because the Spa area wasn't ready. Loved it all. Nothing we did not like. The elevators and direction are not intuitive. There are still some minor "two star" hotel aspects - e.g. the baseboards in the hotel rooms. Check in area very small does not represent hotel. Not to take away from the outstanding staff. This is only a opinion. we had dinner at the tapas restaurant and it was not very good. It was ok. We expected a bit more from that place.
