Hotel is in a great location: minutes walk from the bay and right among bars and discotecas. Hotel appearance is very nice and staff friendly. Room was very spacious and clean and rooftop pool and view were excellent. Breakfast was included and offered many good local choices. Spacious rooms (good bathrooms, great showers), good breakfast, good location! Don't come in looking for faults, because this is not a high-end hotel, but it is great for level-headed travelers who want the comfort of a hotel for not so much money!.

The room was fairly budget-friendly regular, nothing fancy, just a decent spot to rest your head. Spacious enough, hot water was fine, a/c. At elevator no signs which floor is reception and breakfast, I was triing several bottons before I get to right place. No info-book at room. breakfast was ridiculous. Local TV channel very weak and the remote control didn't correspond with instructions given on the screen, therefore, no adjustment were possible. Not enough "cable" channels. Only 2 towels, had to request hand towel and shower rug (towel). Evidently, they don't have any because we were given 2 more bath towels. Staff not helpful. Not very clean. It's not very clean there, there was hair in the shower. And the personell hardly understands English. Not enough towels....bad attitude at rest taurant early morning....extra charge for second cup of coffee....original room lousy...upgraded for small fee...2nd room much better. Hotel should have provided some basic information for people who are traveling and unfamiliar with the city. Staff wasn't either good or bad; it just felt they weren't there. Unless you're going to the airport which I think is a flat rate, hotel's taxi service will charge you triple of what normal fare is. The only modern about the hotel is the entrance; the rest it's pretty much a very old building somehow and just merely renovated. I wouldn't stay again, you could pay $20-30 more a night and stay in a really good hotel. Not worthy. Sheets and towels not clean, room was dirty and smelt mold and floor was sticky due to high humidity of the city, staff not know english except the chief. A little far out for access to things. The staff are really unfriendly. the breakfast wasnt good. Everything. The bedrooms had high humidity, the shower was dirty, there was a lot of dust and hair everywhere. The tv didn´t work properly. When I arrived they couldnt find my reservation and when they find it thai said they were at full capacity and send me yo another crappy hotel. E stayed here for one night after making a booking online. I've travelled extensively and must say the staff were the worst I've experienced ever. Unfriendly. Dour. Useless. Broadband was poor. Rooms are not as nice as they appear in photos. Very dirty hotel, towels and bed shits had stains. To me is like 2 star hotel. Wifi was working in our room ( king )only in our son`s room it didn't work, when we tried to change room for him, just couldn't find one queen room where wifi would work. Hotel was dirty, and the room had a bad smell. The TV didn't work, hot water was slow, and the room had spiders. I will never stay there again. CNH.
