  We loved the area around Frogner House Apt. Classic historical low buildings, lots of small shops and the tram to downtown. Our corner room was lovely, with space for four: mom and three 15-year old girls. Big TV and Kitchen. We bought lots of books and small fun gifts along With just hanging out and enjoying city lif - I like the concept: a luxury hotel room with a kitchenette. Good bed, with enough cushons to get cozy. Right around the corner there is a shop open 7-23 and 10 meters further a shop open all night. on 2 min walking distance to the busstop to the center. Nice and safe neighboorhood. Pharmacy around the corner. Some shops in the neighbouring streets. 307 is a large studio in olive and purple with unique old stove. 412 is "large hotelroom size" with green/ brown colors, and a balcony.

  The apartments were fantastic! We were met by the lovely Kari, who showed us to our 6th floor 1 bed apartment. The building itself has good security and a lift, and is very clean. The apartment was exactly what we needed. The bedroom was a good size with lots of wardrobe storage and a nice big window. The bed was very comfortable - one of the best... what people say » I've slept in while away from home! The lounge and kitchen was one room, with a comfy sofa and a high table with 2 stools. The kitchen was equipped w - The apartment was well decorated, with all appliances you need. Balcony and a shared terrace was a plus for the "lucky" weather conditions we had. There is a child's playground in the garden and a supermarket right below the apartments. So we've been able to cook at home. Detergent for the dish washer and the washing machine is given - no need to bring your own. Recommended for long stays for leisure or business.

  Location was excellent to get to main shopping street (Karl Johan) and Oslo s train station, kitchenette perfect--was easy to prepare meals, nice amount of room and places to sit and hang out.   Great location, very close to the city center which you can walk to within 5-10 minutes. I have lived in Oslo 7 years ago and this is my second visit with my family. Because I knew the expensive prices of Norway, I was very satisfied with the price. Also the kitchen and everything was clean and well equiped so I could eat anything from the kitchen... what people say » ! That saved me tons of money which I would have spent for restaraunt food. I read the other comments and was scared of the street noise (or pub noise - Good communication and the check-in procedure was quite convenient. Was sent an e-mail that the apartment is ready, went to the office and got the keys and a map handed to me. This is not a luxurious apartment, but the furniture was quite new when I stayed there. The kitchen is well equipped with tools (pans, knives, a microwave etc.).

  I have trouble getting around and the Oslo Apartments were very central. Every single t Bane line stops at Toyen, and the T-bane station was a very short walk away. Also, very good market at Toyen, and the hotel room offered kitchen facilities. Finally the price was affordable and allowed me to make this trip. We had a problem with the first room ... what people say » and the stafff changed our rooms immediately. The location and value for cost makes this a hotel I already plan to return to. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good size and the kitchenette was well stocked. The beds were like clouds! It was also very nice to have heated floors in the bathroom. The parking garage was nice because they closed the garage door nightly and you had to go through the lobby to access the garage. I felt safe leaving the rental car in there. I highly recommend this hotel!
