Location is simple the best for travelers - central location in the city, I can hop on/off my room during the day easily (e.g. to drop down the bulky souvenirs, to take some rest, etc.) Room is clean and spacious for a single room Breakfast is good and included (do the math when comparing the room price in Oslo, because food here is not cheap). Excellent location - it couldn't be closer to the city center; in the center of city nightlife; brilliant breakfast (!!!), very friendly staff, nice cozy small room with a very comfortable bed.

Nothing really - maybe not as straightforward to locate the hotel when you first visit (i.e. need to make the right turn from the main streets), but you'll know the way once there. So, probably best for return customer - like what I'll do in my next visit to Oslo!. It was a bit cold in the room - wind from the outside influenced the inside temperature, and air conditioner temperature regulation wheel couldn't be moved. My room was very small. Not enough space at the breakfast facilities. The room was a bit cold and there was no way of increasing the heat (the extra down was welcome). Room was a bit small but ok, and bed not so good, I think the matress wasnt in good shape or so...but not a drama at all. just one public pc in the lounge. There was some noise at night from what I presume was a nearby nightclub. Shocking Euro-disco, but you expect this from a city- centre hotel. The bed was too soft. They need to get firmer beds. I came at the reception, the lady said there no room booked for me and there is no more available room, then I checked my email and show here my detailed booking reference. This is how the room became available. That was a big lie from here. How come the room became available then? customers should be respected dispite thier color, nationality etc. They all pay the same price!. The rooms are rather small but I guess this is the case for several hotels in the area. The room we got was much smaller than those shown in pictures, did not have a proper desk to work on and we had to pay extra to get a relatively spacy (still small) double room. We did not find the room, especially the floor, very clean. Tiny bedroom; only 1 staff member on duty after 6 so no help with iron etc.; English language TV channels not tuned in by day 4 despite my request Day 1 & Day 2; and Heating not good in bedroom but reception staff uncaring. The room was far too small, you could not use the 'office desk' with your laptop. The gears of 2 of the 4 bicycles were broken and that makes it hard to cycle in hilly Oslo. no parking, small standard room. Very poor beds Small Room A stupid window from the room in to the shower. The reception staff were poor - this is not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel and there it would appear to always be a problem when you are paying by American Express. Not only did the lady on reception insist that both of my Amex cards were not accepted my collegue received the same poor treatment - she was insisting that we go to a local atm machine and draw cash using our Amex Cards which incurs costs and charges. Even though our rooms were confirmed, when we arrived one out of three rooms had been given away, and we were offered an alternative which was 15KM out of town. Totally unacceptable. The Rooms are terrible , tôo small , absolutely inadmissable ! Breakfast ok , it doesnt fullfil the amount You pay for it !. Poor double room, not comfortable enough even for one person Uncomfortable beds You can hear each and every sound from adjacent rooms and from corridor Cleaning equipments are left just outside the door all day long.
