Everything. Very professional and polite staff. Patient and provide very good recommendation on places to and restaurants. - Cleaning of the room was very good. - Breakfast was very good. The room was vey comfortable and quiet and it made for a pleasant stay.Very good breakfast buffet. Small, but clean room. Nice and helpful man at the reception. No parking facility, but for 100 NOK per day you can park your car nearby.

When I had made the booking, I had indicated that we will be a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child 11 yrs old). However, when we checked into the hotel, the front desk seemed to be unaware of this and we had to request an extra bed which made the already small room very cramped.A bit expensive, but then everything in Norway is expensive. Parkingproblems. Without asking us, the reception provided double rooms with twin rooms. On request they immediately provided rooms with double beds though. It was difficult to get into the shower because of the unlucky structure of the bathroom. The small waste bin spread smell of smoke but this problem was solved by putting it out to the balcony.Beds were on small side. The wireless internet was not included in the price and was extremely expensive. I got a double room "upgrade" and suspect that a single room would be smaller and would offer less value-for-money. (But, this is Scandinavia). Small room with little storage space.A minor thing: both mornings the restaurant had ran out of fruit-juice when we had breakfast. The room feels like a pigenhole....too small. But the only cheap one in town.Very simple rooms with few or no amenities, such as safe, bar or bathroom facilities, but probably in line with Norwegian standards. The breakfast, too simple and too little for the amount of money you pay for it.Poor maintenance - shower drain blocked, causing flooding, and when reported, nothing done. Staff seemed lackadaisical. Maybe the generation gap!. I had booked a double room, but was offered a single room when I checked in. The extrra amount was refunded, but I didn't want the money, I wanted the double room!.

Bergen Airport Flesland (BGO): Approximate driving time is 30 minutes and distance is 22 kilometers (14 miles).
A frequent bus service runs to and from the airport and the center of Bergen, with a journey time of approximately 25 minutes.
From the airport, follow signs to Bergen center then turn left along Bergen inner harbor. Follow C. Sundsgaten to NyKirken. Turn left in front of the church then left again. The hotel is on the right.
There is an extensive bus system in Bergen. The Central Bus Station is the terminal for most services including airport buses. Much of the town can be seen on foot.
