We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there.
The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

We booked expecting a room in a guest house and were stunned to find a beautifully decorated and comfortabe room overlookingt the Amstel river. In addition we also had exclusive use of the whole floor leading tou own coffee ad tea making machine and shower and changing room. Really freindly welcome by Ken. Really nice to go "home",after a day of walking and sight seeing, and relax with a nice bath(huge clean tub)and a cup of herbal tea. We also saved money buying a muffin the night before and have our coffee and muffin in the am. before going out. The location is very convenient to all canal boat stops, on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood.

The location is very central, all rooms overlook the canal, the owner is
super nice and helpful, both the room and the bathroom are spacious and
have everything you may need there (I.E. hair dyer, bath robes, basic
cosmetics, complimentary bottle of bubbly, mini bar). You can get
anywhere by foot in less than 30 mins. Breakfast is massive and includes
freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs of choice, salmon, cheeses, fruit,
croissants etc. Maps and tourist guides are also available.
