We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. The breakfast offered a good choice and it all seemed fresh enough,

The hotel was very close to the transit line and you could be in the
city very quickly, as well you could just as easily make a day trip to
places such as Rotterdam or Haarlem. The restaurant served first class
food and drinks. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and were more than
happy to help with anything. They had good quality bikes you could rent
for 24 hours if you were so inclined. There was a very diverse clientele
while we were there, from soccer teams, newly weds, business people,

We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time.
The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Super comfy bed.

supermarket; comfortable bed & pillow; and all staffs are very
friendly (in fact a very Dutch thing)! Highly recommended.

Through out my trip, this is the best place I stayed! It is like a Palace, so romantic,royal, elegant,artistic and full of good spirit and culture. it just make me say "WoW"! We stayed at a newly renovated room and the design and comfort was perfect, room was also very clean. - Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, tea/coffee maker. In our room there was a bathroom with (dark) glass wall - so you can see what's happening inside from the room - you have to decide on your own whether it's a plus or not :)
