Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good location. Clean modern rooms with the facilities we wanted.Very comfortable rooms, well arranged, good beds and features. Nh Hotelsmake you feel pampered from the beginning. Perhaps the best hotel of the4 hotels of our trip. Free access to internet (Wifi and computer in the lobby with access to the internet), clear, nice and comfortable room with view to the park.
all reviews » near the center, but far enough so that you get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great and so was being able to check out at 5pm on Sunday. Nice big room, a little farther away from the city, but the tram stop was right in front. Very secure building too.very friendly, helpfull and understanding staff at the reception. The staff, especially Ammand, were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent.proximity to the down town. modern, clean in the room and foyers, comfortable, excellent shower, great toiletry products, good location for my needs and good views.Location near the centre, 10 min. by tram. The superior rooms are facing the park. The quality of the room and location from city centre, which was only a cheap taxi ride away or about 20 minute walk. A bit too far from citycenter, but tram in front of hotel saves it.The hotel is near a train rail and you can hear it. The toilet wasn't designed to fill with much water so if you didn't flush right away, yikes!!!. the transfer which has been arranged from the hotel. driver did drive to fast, i felt realy sick and when we arrived at the airport the driver did trough our suitcases out of the taxi. Wifi charge is too expensive for my liking, but not sure how it compares to other hotels in Europe. Cigarette butts and bottles outside bedroom window on balcony.There was no minibar in the room. Because the windows of the room are West oriented, in the afternoon was very warm. There is no air condition. Far from centre.the price of the breakfast. Expensive for WiFi and breakfast. Room was quite small. Parking, while available, was expensive (20eur/day). Breakfast was okay, but i would not pay for it separately. It was not worth 20EUR extra. Breakfast not included in price.the bed wheel couldnt be locked so it move all the time...oh and the heater switch was very hard to find like they intend to hide it from you so it was freezing for the first hours. double room with two beds that were on wheels could not be locked wich makes them drift away from each other.No room service. Noize from corridor entering the rooms + doors making lot of noize. Coffee-shop hours should be kept longer. High time to replace carpet at the entrance. No Restaurant in the evening. Too hot in the room and in the hotel in general. It is expensive for what you get but all the hotels in Amsterdam seem to be the same. They charge you 22e for a breakfast better off with the bakers across the road!. Interior a bit old. Heating only worked during the day, not later in the evening or night. Cleanliness of the room. I had to wait 20mins to check in, there should have been another person assist at the desk when it is busy.Bathroom and toilet too small. no fridge and no room service. There were no non-smoking rooms left when we arrived even though we hadbooked a non-smoking room, the room was never fully cleaned by the maidand it was quite small, the breakfast and wifi were overpriced.
