  almost everything, staffs are incredible and helpful. we are 2 small ladies with 11 y.old children they upgraded for bigger room for us. Best location in a middle of walking street(Leidse straat) in front of tram stop (Leigse/primnsengrat). Hotel style is very Amsterdam (old) traditional style, very nice atmosphere. we got a street view and saw par... what people say » ty activities on the street. - When we arrived, the receptionist told us they had upgraded us to thepenthouse which was amazing, we couldn't believe our luck, the hotel wasvery clean and staff very nice but the room was the best ever, withbeautiful views and with free standing double bath. This hotel is adefinate for the next visit. Location was brilliant too.

  We really loved the room. I was suprised that the facility was right on the money from your photos on line. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Public transportation was right ther - This is a great hotel based on value for money. The rooms compared to many in Amsterdam are very nice, rooms are comfortable a good size and with all amenities. The location is fabulous, and the hotel is quiet! The food is first class (although a little expensive) and the Americain Cafe bar is very cool!!

  I had a fantastic stay. Staff was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated.   The apartment was big enough. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping zones. A direct tram to the central station, 6 stops only. Canal view. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was kind to propose in advance another address instead of the one mentioned in initial booking (because of the noize due to nearby renovations)
