The hotel had good proximity - to the Central Station, to pick up canal trip, trams, and of course the train. The district was very convenient for laundry, restaurants, and shops. Five star service in a clean, warm comfortable hotel. All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc - The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Within 15 minutes we felt like regulars at the pub. The location was excellent, very convenient. And it was much quieter than we were expecting. - Great location and a great staff-- people were very helpful andfriendly.

Very easy to use hotel.
Self serve check in when you get there (a bank of about five computers), so you aren't waiting for a person to take care of you. Someone is nearby for the technically challenged.
The rooms are what I would call "pods". Small rooms with everything compact and easy to reach. The photos online tell the story.

This is one of top three hotels I have ever stayed in (and there were some!), but I cannot remember the other two :). Giving this hotel a 10 would mean that the other few I rated as 10 should now be re-rated to 8. :)
Everything was great. The technical stuff in the room, funny saying everywhere, some might find "self-check-in" a bother, but I liked a new experience and there was always extremely polite and friendly staff around to help.
All in all - 7min walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station.

This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam.
Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.
