the staff were amazing, check in is at 2.00pm but when we turned up at 6.30am asking if we could leave our bags they asked if we wanted our room now, such a wonderful thought as we were so tired - Great service by the staff. Good meal at a very fair price.

Very easy to use hotel.
Self serve check in when you get there (a bank of about five computers), so you aren't waiting for a person to take care of you. Someone is nearby for the technically challenged.
The rooms are what I would call "pods". Small rooms with everything compact and easy to reach. The photos online tell the story.

This is one of top three hotels I have ever stayed in (and there were some!), but I cannot remember the other two :). Giving this hotel a 10 would mean that the other few I rated as 10 should now be re-rated to 8. :)
Everything was great. The technical stuff in the room, funny saying everywhere, some might find "self-check-in" a bother, but I liked a new experience and there was always extremely polite and friendly staff around to help.
All in all - 7min walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. There was a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. There was ample room in the lounge area for hanging out and meeting people and the restaurant appeared to be well attended and a place to socialise. It was also just next to the subway and tram stops which was nice when arriving late at night.

We stayed only one night before an onward journey. It was incredibly easy to find and right next door to the train Station which is only one stop from the city centre. It was very clean and we stayed in a room with two bunk beds and two twin beds which was very well thought out with the furniture and lighting and excellent for our 3 children. We had a great night's sleep, there was no noise whatsoever. The breakfast cost around 5 euro and was an eat all you can buffet style which was brilliant
