The brekfeast was really good and relaxed, the theme room was great, stayed in the Arabian Nights room, and it was so romantic and cosy. We loved it. The staff were really friendly, it was so central, on my last stay in amsterdam, i stayed in the Victoria Hotel, even though it was beautiful, i prefered the greenhouse effect, it was just more my relaxed style. Great room, easy to find and convenient location! Nice staff and worth the money! We had to check out in the middle of the night to catch a plane and they were very accommodating.

Guests banging room doors all night. It was a bit cold due to the time of year and the heating was not on. We found a dial and turned it up but would have had a cold night if we had not found it.Tiny shower. The beds need to be upgraded; they were way too soft and our backs were talking to us in the AM.The room (Outer Space) was very hot even though the radiator was off, and the plumbing was very noisy all night. Glad I had my ear plugs with me!. Not all rooms were en-suite, we had to use the toilet and shower in hallway our friends had en-suite in theres.the attic suite was cold!. The bedding didnt come with a duvet cover and my boyfriend came home with bites and I also came out in a rash which I thing may have been caused by the bedding. However this was the only issue.The stairs to my room were a nightmare. It was a bit difficult to check out early because the staff comes arouns nine o'clock.The watchman was not direct around when I came out,happily somebody that knew where he was called him.Bad bathroom. the clean service. everything else , the door didnt lock he safe didnt work staff changed all the time and spoke to us like doo doo. Cold and miserable.
