This property accepts cash and credit card payment. Guests who wish to pay by bank transfer need to contact the property in advance. A safety deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival (see Policies). This will be refunded after stay by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account, provided that no damages are made. Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in. A card authorization is also possible. This is where you will only be charged if something is broken or missing in the apartment. Please note that there is a cleaning fee of EUR 50 per apartment per stay. Before your arrival, you will receive important documents that you must take with you to the check in desk. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
