The rooms and bathrooms are clean . The lifts are not working please repair them . You should have valet services to assist guests to their rooms carry their bags up the stair case. The facilities in the rooms are modern. Even though the hotel is old, it's recently been renovated and kept in good shape! Very polite and helpful staff!. Clean room, and courteous staff. located in the center, which is good for shopping and exploring the monuments, staff is very friendly and eager to help (laundry service within one day).

Friendly and attentive staff. Location. Staff was very helpful. We had flight problems, and flight got the phone numbers and also called the airline on our behalf. Location was great right in the middle of town. Everything walking distence. The Staff. Tried their best to make you comfortable. Kitchen , Reception and other staff were quite helpful. Personnel was friendly and tried to help. Lifts not working.. Lack of assistannce to carrbags up the stairs yet the reception stra had 4 idle staff . The lift is currently not working, but they will offer help with the luggage if needed. Poor TV. No proper ads tv for BBC and soccer. aircondition in the room was loud and oldfashioned, the breahfast room is rather dark due to the always closed shutters. There was renovation going but on the internet any mention about it. Also rooms were too hot.Airsystem doesnt work at all and was difficult to get sleep. the Magnetic card didn't work everyday that I needed to solving this problem very day at the front. Twice during the stay I had violent, short-lasting vomiting within 1 hour after breakfast. This is the symptom of food poisoning, and as it happened twice, it must be due to a serious breach of hygiene around the breakfast in the hotel. I informed management in writing, but received no response. Noisy at night. Hotel was going under major renovation, probable will take 12 months. Rooms were smelly, noise from the hallway worker tearing down rooms. Once the renovation is complete, should be 4+ star hotel. everything else . The Hotel is very run down and although is under renovation it is going to be difficult to get it to acceptable standards. I have reserved a suite and upn arrival found out it was not available. Terrible Hotel, I would not reccommend anybody to stay. The shower, the toilet, no bar fridge, the airconditioner was noisy and did not work properly.
