We were treated so well from the minute we arrived. We were greeted by Noureddine and his wonderful family and once settled were served the most delicious mint tea. They were all so helpful! As this was our first time in Marrakech we were unsure of where to go. Noureddine was so helpful and arranged for us to have an english speaking taxi driver as and when we needed one. There are many reviews about it being a little way out - but we thought this was great. It is not far and the tranquil surro.

Abu Edriss, his wife Nadia, and Boshra, their daughter spared no efforts to make my wife, my daughter and I feel really at home. In addition, the food they provide specially the breakfast was just so good while enjoying the beautiful surrounding. If not for a tight schedule that we had, we would of stay for another night or nights there. Thanks for family and their staff. No words . Okay too start off, the location is fine due too the way that marrakech is built. The Palace was absolutely amazing, with 2 pools both fresh water and an amazing overall look. You are treated like loyalty during you stay. The rooms are quite nice and the meals are superb. The palace can only hold a maximum of 22 guest so it has an amazing staff to guest ratio. I think there were only 4 other people at most times that we we their. We loved our stay at the Palais and Riad Berbere. We had a warm welcome and the owner did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The food was great, and the garden and pools were very relaxing. We came back to this place after a week in the South, and enjoyed again the peace of this place, before heading back to Switzerland. We spent three weeks in morocco and stayed at lots of nice places but without doubt this was the most friendly. Nordin the owner and his staff were absolutely charming -The riad is set within its own large grounds within olive groves and is very peaceful. Food excellent.Excellent value for money. Has lovely pool. People working there were super kind and caring. I felt staying at home. It has a beautiful pool and very quite and relaxing. I strongly recommend the hotel to someone looing for true rest in quite athmosphere. The pool was a real highlight !! The rooms are big and nice. We had such a good time!. Especially the way they make you feel at home and very welcome. Great place to be!. Family run, personal service, very good private dining, spacious nice garden. They give you the feeling to live as a family. We liked the peaceful and laid back atmosphere. Bedrooms, swimming pool, location. the big swimmingpool the friendly owner. Nothing - there is nothing bad to say!. Transportation to and from the city, though Abu Edriss and his wife out of his kindness drove us several times. Also, it will a good addition if they have a wifi provided. Everything was superb, the only downside was the location as mentioned, but the chauffeur/hotel gave an amazing rate of 200 dirhams(18 euro). The riad is about 3 miles from Marrakech- taxis aren't therfore a little expensive but they will collect you and that does make life a lot easier. We felt that the peace, tranquility and setting more than balanced being slightly out of the centreand would very much like to visit again. Taxi driver doesn't know well the location of hotel. Food is quite pricy, but that is no real problem- Marrakech is very near. Swimming pools not heated. We didn't like the fact that it was so far out of town and that there was a charge of 30Euros to take us to the airport. Also, the cost of an evening meal which was very basic was in excess of what we would have expected to pay. Hard beds, poor value for money re food, no shuttle bus. The place is in the middle of nowhere and you pay €10 for a taxi each way to go into town if you do not have a car. So you end up having to eat there and food is very expensive. Besides if you are susceptible to atmospheric vibes the place has sad and lonely feeling clearly the owner imitates western spa places with their prices but none of the amenities: only a bar of soap in the bathroom, the rooms were not made im the morning and so on ...
