The hotel is lovely, big rooms, good pool, friendly staff and a great restaurant. I loved the location, as a regular visitor to marrakech I wanted to be near enough to town to go in occasionally but far enough away to get away from it!. Relaxing environment, looks beautiful and run like a small family hotel where everyone is very friendly and interested in getting to know you and helping to make sure you have a good holiday.

AL FASSIA AGUEDAL comprises 30 rooms and suites all fully furnished with all the comforts of a first category Hotel Riad.

The Chab sisters ensured the three riads combined in one represent the famous major moroccan styles : Fassi Style (Riad Sidi), Berber Style (Riad Dada), Zouake Style (Riad El Ghalia).

Every room and suite takes advantage of the intimacy given by the hotel being divided into 3 riads: 3 patios with different vegetation and fresh water fountains.

In the best « Al Fassia » style of perfectionism and hospitality, the Chab sisters add to the atmosphere with a warm and feminine service.

Information about the area

You are right in front of the famous gardens of Aguedal. From the roof terraces the views are magnificent. The snowy summits of the Atlas mountains raise high above the palm trees. The city wall stretches its ocre ribbon around Marrakech. And in the distance the minaret of the Koutoubia...

This small paradise of greenery is situated in the up and coming residential zone of the city, at only 10 minutes from the lively and spectacular square Jemaa El Fnaa and the medina of Marrakech.

The airport is at only 6,5 kilometres or 4 miles - or a 10 minute taxi drive.

The new cinema complex, Megarama, is at only a 1 minute walk from the Ryad, as well as the new and grand commercial centre of Al Mazar.

Daily several trains leave for Casablanca, Rabat, Tanger, Meknes and Fes.

From Marrakech to Tangier the drive takes an approximate 9 hours.

Trains are punctual and come with 1st or 2nd class. You can order drinks or snacks on board.

By car:

From Spain crossing the Gibraltar straight takes from 40 minutes to 2 hours, depending whether you embark in the port of Algeciras or the port of Tarifa.

Bringing your car with you does not come with any problem.

However, drivers need to bring their grey card, the green card of international insurance, as well as an international drivers licence.
