Really luxury, modern, clean, hotel. Excellent kitchen, personall very friendly. The hotel is located in the hearth of city, so it is very good for business or city visits. We heave visited more 5 star hotels in Casablanca, some of them (much expansiver them husa) was very terrible, old, dirty... Husa is absolutly perfect !!!!!. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff not very experienced but they are willing to help. The more money you spend in tips the more comforter the hotel is. The breakfast buffet has little selections but very nutritious, and the green tea is not something to miss out ;).
all reviews » This hotel was fantastic for a quiet night sleep (my room was at the back of the hotel), and the Cafe Madrid restaurant wasn't bad either. All in all it was a nice respite from the lower-class accommodation I've been staying in with my tour group!. Beautifully decorated rooms, impeccably clean. Amazing rooftop pool, with stunning view over Casablanca. This hotel made the stay in the city far more pleasant than it may otherwise have been. Location, comfort, spa, breakfast, deco and a perfect place to stay in Casa IF you are on business. Good position just in front of a tram station that connects the railway station and the city center. the loction cery central near the tramway the free upgrade for a junior suite the pool. The traffic is very near by the hotel so there is a little noisy. The location - it's a long way from the sights of Casablanca, and there were no restaurants nearby. We arrived at breakfast 10 mins before closing time, but were turned away. Being a new hotel, many taxi drivers did not find it easily, but the location is good. The room alarm that rang one night at 4:45 A.M. without any reason, the wifi connection not good and the price of the breakfast, completely crazy (but it's declared on booking.. So you already know not to have it). the sauna and hammam are on appointment only and not free. Some rooms with street view might be noisy. Breakfasts incredibly expensive for Morocco. Mismatch in rendez-vous for massage. 9:00 was interpreted as 21:00. Lot of noise inside the room from roads, hard to sleep during day time. Breakfast far below standard expected. Housekeeping slightly below standard. Gym equipment not all working. I requested pick up service at casablanca rail station with my name board when I booked on that page.I called to confirm my stay and arriving time to the station during moving from the train Marrakech to Casablanca but no one at there when I arrived so I was needed to take a taxi. Slightly unhelpful staff. 80's decor. Pool has unpleasant views. painting in the shower is falling of the wall. Check in staff not very friendly. No English. I spoke French but they were not helpful. There was only one cup and one teabag. We rang and asked but nothing happened. Before leaving staff walked into the room without knocking, presumably to see if we had left. Reception personal - unfriendly and long waiting time rather a 5 star than 4 star breakfast not 5 star level. not anything special, the window can't open by yourself.ventilation is not good. there is Nothing in this hotel that makes it 5*. In fitness center is completely out of any professionality. Poor Front Desk staff service Noisy location. breakfast extremely expensive considering quality, swimming poll is in the open air, and with cold water, all staff had no training, no languages, service is extremely poor. I had a big argument with hotel manager because we book two room for 2 persons each but we check in with alone then my friend at night the next day he request us to pay more than the rate we had from letsbookhotel.com and when we refused he start to speak in a very bad way and swear at us. Can you imagine it's a 5 star hotel and he is the manager. Food no decent bar.
