I am an international businessman and have traveled the world for over 30 years staying at most of the five-star hotels chains internationally. Really if ever do I find an imperative to make a comment or post anything on an Internet site. But on this occasion I truly need to extol the virtues of staying at the park suite hotel and my experience. This hotel has truly redefined my Interpretation of what real service is. all reviews » Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards. I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk. A great hotel to relax and chill out a bit, the rooms (and the beds) are vast (one of the biggest I ever had) and very comfortable, they provide fast, free wifi (always a big plus), there is a decently equipped kitchen (which is rare in Morocco) and the location is very convenient. The staff is also generally attentive. We had a great stay at this friendly designer hotel in the centre of Casanblanca. Very nice comfy room. The owner Rachid is very friendely and helpfull in his advice on what to do in this very interesting city. My advice: take the new high tech tram to the coast, it stops in front of the hotel. It was a beautiful, spacious suite. I really enjoyed my time here. Great spa and gym facilities. I had traveled around Morocco for several weeks so this was a great break to spend time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The owner called us the following morning on our way to the airport to ask if we enjoyed our atay and to thank us. Very nice touch!. I like best the staff. It is not my first time here and I always come back. They know how to make you feell like at home. Special mention to Fatima and Alia (hope I got the right spelling). Amazing staff, especially Alia. She helped with airport transfers, helped with everything. I traveled the world for business but I found nowhere such Family atmosphere. Great rooms! The hotel is located in a very centric area of Casablanca. Location is the main positive point on this hotel. Close to main transportation system and moderate walking distance from the main sightseeing sites in Casa. Good and clean room. The sink and bathtub drains were slow - they should probably be cleaned out. The breakfast is mediocre and the reception area's decor is a bit naff (fluffy carpets?). There is a bit of a parking problem but we were ok, and finally some of the pluses mean it is not a very "characterful" or "authentic" hotel but we had enough of that so we were happy with just an easy, clean, comfortable stay. Overall definitely recommended. Oh, and they didn't have a high chair (but at least a baby bed on request) either, like 90% of the other hotels, is it really that hard?. I wish there were some cookware and dishes in the kitchenette. I was hoping to cook something. Really nothing. Not the best location. Need to take taxis to get to sites and restaurants. I'm not a big person but even I found the hand towel sized bath towels unsatisfactory. Poor maintenance There is no gym any more. View of the room on a small courtyard with air con fan... Lack of eateries in the area. Breakfast was bare minimum. Signage not easily seen from the main road. Parking difficulty. This hotel is located in a side street which doesn't give you a good feeling. Just 20 meters from the main street. Water didn't flow well in the bathroom. This seems to be a common theme here in Marocco. Most of the hotels wehave stayed suffered from the same problem, even the most luxurious. Noise...noise...noise. The breakfast need to have more varieties. Electric systems need to be fixed. Services need improvement. In the hotel there isn't the fitness center as indicated.
