  Excellent Dive Shop - Pepe Scuba shop right on site at the hotel. Get up in the morning and get straight in the dive boat right in front of the hotel, excellent. Dive Masters were friendly and knowledgeable. Dive boat VERY fast so gets you there before all the others, and not packed with a lot of people - only small groups of divers at a time. Lovely s - The staff were very friendly and eager to help. I stayed here while competing in the ironman and cannot fault the hotel for it's efforts to accommodate the additional needs when taking part in such an event.

  The staff were outstanding. The food at all of the restartaunt venues although small in portion was excellent. We would highly recommend Secrets Aura Cozumel to other couples.

  The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff was professional. The food service team was accomodating and went out of their way to get to know where you are from. The all-included breakfast was a good deal- an abundant buffet with fresh eggs to order available as well. We only paid $450 for 5 nights and breakfast was included. The hotel is old but kept clean.

  Second time we stayed here - no luxury hotel but totally comfortable. Very friendly vibe with really nice staff. Nicely maintained grounds and well layed out. Good cocktails by the beach and pool.   The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was for the most part fantastic! The drinks were delicious and not watered down. The snorkeling was amazing and the beach was so relaxing. Great value for the money - I would go there again, and I highly recommend it! - There is so much to do at this hotel, you don't need to ever leave.
