There is a saying that you get what you pay for and that is the case
with Cozumel Hotel and Resort. We only paid $450 for 5 nights and
breakfast was included. The hotel is old but kept clean.

The Flamingo is a very comfortable hotel in a good location on the edge of the town and close to the waterfront. Nothing to do with those big cold impersonal hotels.
Breakfast was good, they have a laundry service (not many have this) and the room was clean, cosy and tidy.

Extremely good value for money. You get at very nice room, and the location is about 10 minutes from the city center.
I would say if you like it a bit alternative and are on a budget, this is perfect for you. If you are looking for a hotell with all its comfort, its maybe not ideal.
The host family was very friendly and they have a cat and a dog.
