4 дня (ночи) в начале декабря. Недорогой отель по сравнению с окружающими. Брали "Junior Suit" на 4 этаже с видом на море. Шум прибоя и восход солнца при открытых дверях на лоджию восхитительны. Питались в кафе на пляже за свой счёт. Кухня достойная. Пляж красивый, без камней. Два бассейна, джакузи. Самое главное - море. До города на автобусе. Ходят часто. Брали машину напрокат. Через дорогу и пройти метров 300 до торгового центра, проката машин. Называется "Plaza Flamingo". Строился этот 4-эта.
all reviews » We stayed for 5 nights, the best beach, have been to Cancun several times and if any remember the old Sherton, that is what part of the beach it is. We upgraded our room to oceanfront and we had a whole suite would sleep 4 or 5 people. Only the main building has an elevator. The staff very friendly and helpful. They charge for wifi and say you can get in the lobby bar, we never could. If you walk down the botton of the hill a little resturant called Tacun very good food cheap and free wifi. . Hotel is located right on the beach with pool and its own equipment on the beach to lay down. Recently they changed the owner so there is some recontruction going but not disturbing. They were just implanting palms on the beach and it looks great! Staff was nice and first day we had really smelly room (basic one) and with no fee they changed it to standard! Prices at the hotel restaurant are same like the ones outside. I would definitely recomend the stay here!!!. the hotel location is superb! best beach: no shells or stones, cleaned on daily basis, not crowded, mall and bus stop across the road. breakfasts are fantastic! best confectionery I've tried in Cancun. the hotel stuff is friendly and efficient. once in a while they let the tiny turtle free to the sea - it's really great and good thing to do - thank you, guys!. The location is great, very good location in the hotel zone, near two major malls, Flamingo and Isla Mall and not far from Kukulcan mall. It had two nice and clean pools and a jacuzzi. Beach side great. A short ride from Coco Bongo and Major Night Spots.Staff are great, very hospitable. Very clean rooms. Location is great for using public transportation. Great value for money. Loved the access to the beach. Thankfully it was not too touristy or busy. The location is very convenient to get to from the airport and the city by bus. For us the highlight was the private beach and the swimming pool that overlooks the beach. The room was big and clean and the price that we paid was excellent. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. It felt as if they were one happy family with serving your needs at any time for any reason. Weather resembles Hawaii. Beach is better. The facility is in a good position, in the center of the Zona Hotelera, and is not too big. We had a free upgrade of the room category, because of overbooking. The location is amazing. Not shop around where you could buy fruits or other grocery stuff. basic rooms are tiny. furniture is outdated. the window goes out on the wall. the room upgrade might do the difference, but we spent all days out on the beach, so we did't care about it. Hotel was under rennovation and therefore one of the major restaurant was closed. Wi-fi is free in the lobby but not in the room. However, everything else was wonderful and we didn't really need/miss the internet :). No lift to our room which was on the 5th floor, didn't bother us too much as we were only staying one night but would have been a pain for longer. Rooms were a little dated and tired, bathrooms in particular could have done with a refit, mirror was peeling. No wifi in rooms but hey you are on holiday. The check in was at 15:00 and not a minute before (forced us to drop our bags at the reception for 4 hours). The TV reception was horrible and apparently not fixable. In our building there wasn't any elevator. There is no electronic safe in the room, but there is a safe with a key that you can get from the reception. Disappointment comparing the room itself to its photos showed on Booking. For all inclusive, you need to keep the wrist strap on your hand during your stay which is annoying. My room had a small window, with zero view, not even the sky. There's no sun in the smaller pool and the water is very cold. Doing some remodeling not to bad. There is no fan in the bathroom to take away the steam off the shower. There is no stage to have entertainment. The only complaint is...it would have been free WiFi in the rooms. Food was fair. Drinks appeared to be watered down quite alot. Internet access was expensive. Some staff memebers were not friendly, we paid an extremely higher price than what was originally booked for. Only internet by charge in the room, but we wasnt there so muvh anyway, so no big deal. There was no elevator so carrying suitcases up 4 flights of steps was tough in 35 degree heat. Very unconfortable the noise produced by the hard wind over the room doors and windows. Some construction.. so a bit noisey. Free Wi-fy is only on the lobby; Dinks on the swimming pool are not worthful at all (not well prepared). Acoustic insulation on the standard rooms is horrible, leaving no privacy at all. Our air conditioner was liking. No elevator to the rooms! The room had a smell of smoking Free Wi-Fi only at the looby. No elevators which was very hard to bring our bags in and out of the floors. The worst one was the reception desk clerk made a smart comment and was not very happy with his attitude. The breakfast was very poor and tastless, we tooke the rooms are very old and not up to date no elevator!!!. I am not sure if the problem only happened in my room. The Basic Double Room is too small, and the location is in the first floor, which make the bathroom too humidity. And the unpleasure smell made me not comfortable. In addition, the internet is a little bit slowly. Staff was hardly helpful and tried to coax me into upgrading by refusing to check me in early. Room was really uncomfortable too with air condition that is so strong that it could not be used. Everything was extremely overpriced and the pool staff and the reception were extremely rude. room quality poor. Minimal old tired furniture. Musty atmosphere. Star rating: 2-3 breakfast: too simple, variaty too small, juices low quality room: old and used, furniture old, windows and doors low quality hotel: old and structure outdated pool: no infinity pool and not deep enough staff: friendly, but according to central european standards not professional price: too high for what you get. i'm made a reservation a Standard Room Bed preference: 2 queen, I got a basic double room. Bad smell in the rooms...horrible breakfast.... This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ,, the staff were rude ,, the rooms were not clean ,, service was terrible, wi fi barely worked ,, and was way over priced , I would strongly recommended not staying at NYX ,,. Was never informed that it was under construction,not exactly very relaxing. My sliding door to balcony on main blvd never locked when I tried to close it the glass fell in completely off the frame . When I said I didn't feel safe they finally offered to move me to a smaller room. To me this was not acceptable. Maintenance was in my room for over an hour they never offered me any type of compensation.
