A wonderful place to stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a first floor apartment and the staff carried our luggage up the stairs for us and we were told to let them know when we were leaving and they would collect them and carry them downstairs again. Security is excellent as well as onsite security guards there is also a camera covering the parking area and entry. There is a supermarket next door for convenience. There is a main access to the beach which is approximate.

We loved everything about the Grand Bay Suites. Terrific staff, great location (just a couple minutes easy walk into the main bit of town), very clean, nice pool. We would recommend this place to anyone. Clean and easy to reach all the amenities. I would recommend to anyone who basically just wants to explore the island and use the apartment as a base. The roads are quite dark,need lighting.The kitchen unit doors need to be cleaned.....very sticky.The shower not very clean. Ants everywhere, staff going through my belongings when i was out, misleading advertisment not on beach not near it either as it advertises, hard to find, small pool, no lift for disabled,.

- From Sir Seewoosagur International Airport take the M1 towards the City of Port Louis for approximately 45 km. - Drive through the city to Quay D round about and take the M2 North for 10.6 km to Pamplemousse roundabout. - Take the 3rd exit, then drive 12 km on the A13 to Grand Baie roundabout. - Take the second exit on your right, then the B45 Vingt Pieds Road. - Drive 500 m to reach the traffic lights at junction with Sottise road, continue straight for another 1 km to reach the traffic lights at Shell Paradise Station. - Turn left on to the B13, drive for 600 m to reach traffic light opposite to Sunset Boulevard. - Turn right on the B13 and continue on the coast road for another 1.1 km to reach the Grand Baie Suites. They are on the right hand side next to Store 2000.
