  over-courteous staff, seeing to any of the guests requirements, as their saying goes..whatever, whenever..having food prepared to us as we wanted it that was not on the menu, getting those free massages during breakfast and being addressed on our first names basis added a personal touch.. - We absolutely loved the resort.
