  1. The room was wonderfully spacious, also the bathroom 2. The beds were very comfortable 3. The view was excellent 4. The location was simply superb, surrounded by all the shops and eateries for shopaholics, no problems to get meals other than breakfast 5. The buffet breakfast was also wonderful, with personalized service and a delicious spread... what people say » 6. The décor of the hotel was just fantastic and very artistic 7. The staff was very attentive and polite, even the maintenance staff who came to se - i like the way i was treated by the staff at the front desk. extremely friendly and kind. special thanks to Anusha, Liana, Leeya and one more person, i forget her name. Basically they all are very nice. the rooms are also very very comfortable and these are the reasons why i have been going back to Empire so often

  It is a real value for money. I will be making more trips to KL to see my daughter at Monash U, I will certainly be staying at Summit.
