location is very good,very handy to shops and restaurants.The front and back of the hotel have no traffic access, so nice and quiet, malls and plazas all round. Right on the waterfront,nice views. Totally unusable as far as I am concern. - housekeeping quality problem if stay more than 2 days. I didnt like when letsbookhotel.com dint include the hotel charge for service and government tax during booking online...and the breakdown for the room charges. The room was quite humid when we entered. The hot shower was not fully functional. The coffee & tea facilities were not well maintained - the water heater lid was broken, the cup handle almost broken. transport of dropping of into the hotel. quite a.distance from the main road. What a difficult if I had loads of luggage. Food tasteless and no choice. Room 323 - the carpet was not clean and worn out including the iron was dirty cannot be used. Should provide slipper and remove the black thing that stuck on the iron. The front dest Malay girl is not friendly, showing face while asking her about payment status.. I'm paying 4 days hotel fee, hence I gotta see her showing face.. The breakfast spread can be better Food served were cold even the fried eggs.
