It was absolutely an awesome trip from making a booking through letsbookhotel.com to end of our stay, it was one of the best trips ive had in a long time Especial thanks to letsbookhotel.com for confirming the details with me and helping me answer my inquiries. I would definitely recommend people to give this hotel a shot, I stayed in the upper floor of garden villa and Im already planning on a making a second trip next month The staff was pretty friendly too and loved the breakfast in the morn.
all reviews » I like the space in the room as well as the mini private pool which I can spent more internal or private leisure time with my family and my love one. Hopefully there is more promotion offer with better price per night as current price per night over more than RM400 is too expensive for me. My children would like to stay additional night and I will consider to stay one more night if the price is good. When we check in, the hotel staff that bring our luggage to the room accidently broke our slow cooker meant for cooking porridge for my baby. We complained to the manager. They replace a new one to us. Good effort and service attitude. Nice decor overall. Private pool is nice but not big enough. Excellent for family with small kids. Upon arrival, greeted by the friendly staffs. Quick checked-in and got the room within a few mins. The room was spacious with 2 kingsize beds, easily to accommodate 4 people. Special like the private pool in the room. The rooms and the resort are clean and well kept. The two king sized beds in every room are ideal to accommodate a family of four. The resort does not have a private beach. - housekeeping didn't deliver the extra towels we asked for - parking - no beach - lack of signboards to the hotel. breakfast dining. I went during off peak. I shudder to think otherwise. and the service was unsatisfactory. cramped space. dinner buffet Rm 60 is not worth it with their dishes.. so many mosquito in the room.. Breakfast buffet was limited and the staff was slow to refill the empty bowls. The small garden in the premier water chalet could be better taken care of. We been given the wrong room with another guest inside it, in return we get to check out late :). Breakfast is varied and the Arab private breakfast There is also Long queue at the request of types of eggs for breakfast. Restricted to hotel we need to explore out fr food or other nite activities pasal malam or karaoke..te breakfast is dissaponting. Te nasi lemak not nice n te fried rice te rice is not properly cooked but overall breakfast I gv 5 out of 10.. Pool water need heter Need more variety for beackfast. I didn't like glass in the center of the room bcoz my grandchilds not comfortable and they feel scared. The waiting queue during check in is too long during weekend. Even after registration, we have to wait for 30 minutes before we could get our room. Lots of mosquitoes. Not much channels to choose on the tv. Wifi was slow. The wireless is poor. 1] We checked in at 4.30pm and room was not ready. However they compensate us by upgrading our room to speed up the service 2] When asked for check-out time she the staff insisted for us to check out at 12.00pm latest 12.30pm. This is just not fair to us since our check in time were delayed by the hotel. 3] Service was a bit slow as we needed to call 3 times to request for an item. The toilet n bathroom should be more privacy. It should be enclosed with a locked door. I suggest there should be clothes line near d pool so that we could hang our wet swim suits or towel after a nice swim in the pool. Hope you consider my suggestion. The chef at the omelette counter during breakfast was super slow. 1. Flies are everywhere....especially in the restaurant 2. should provide clear plan/layout of the resort in your website for visitor to select their preferred type of room. -too expensive at rm1008 per night with only 2 free breakfast. -not enough lights near the shower area at the end of the pool. we had to accompany our kids who are a little too afraid of the dark area when they wanted to pee. there should be more lights or a spotlight. -the light in the pool wasn't working well on both nights, we had 2 call maintenance on the 2nd night after my kids decided to have a night splash. Flies in the restaurant. access for fishing from the resort should improvised. The water heater not hot at all, we need to bath with cold water. the food buffet is normal if compare to other 5star hotel. nothing. I dont like the 2 glass panel near the pool cos No privacy when u swim in yr room. Every1 passes by the opposite can look through it. Not suitable for honeymoon couple. Staff was not friendly enough. We have to wait for half an hour before we were entertained to our room after check in (with many bagages). The room pool water was too cold. Should have some heating.
