When you open the windows, the gentle sea breeze that greeted you is greatly soothing. The ambiance is great for families. The pool was wonderful. The amazing sea view is really rewarding. The location is near the local seafood restaurants. Service is excellent. Food is delicious. Scenery is unbelievably great. i suggest to cooking at appartment when guest stay here.

The rooms were large and clean. The recreational facilities. Food very delicious. The location. a nice place. beachfront. A big pool, with 3 pools for adult, young children and kiddy pool.. Or you use the young children pool as a place to teach your kids to learn swimming. The adult pool was big, bigger than an Olympic size pool, just not as deep. A lot of bbq facility which is excellent for family or company gathering/BBQ dinner. The staff was good, the room was comfortable great for families or bigger group. I like the facilities,the pool, the rabbit, the dragon fish and the beach view. The breakfast buffet was good and nice. I like the beuatiful view from my appartment room (Room A9-6). This appartment is comfortable and nice to stay in, with 2 bed rooms and 2 Bathroom. the hotel is okay overall but only need to maintain the apartment. the floor cleanness is not so good and the acond is leaking with water. the view from my room is ok.Nice view can see beach and also the room is value for money. the staff who take care the turtle explain to us very well about the thing of the turtle. The sea scenery is beautiful, especially when sunset. Apartment very clean and comfort. Replacement of old furnitures to modern type. Very spacious and fully functioning. The breakfast is OK. Such as the toilet door, change light in the kitchen. The room size was good for the price it was. Ample parking and the included breakfast was alright. environment was fantastic, we had a good sceneries, and the swiming pools was nice... The 3 bedroom apartment is quiet spacious and suitable for a small family. The room we got has sea view very nice high floor and very windy. I like the Ocean view but the beach is not swimmable. Big nice pool for adults & kids. Nice sea view. The location near the beach. The children slides. Location nice for family. Facility quite ok. 1.rooms clean and comfortable 2.nice scenery. Nothing. no need to pay when guest make a bbq. The pool for adult was full with small kids even some under 4 years old with their tubes. uncomfortable for adults to swim. harga barang kedai runcit mahal sangat. 1) The breakfast food choice is little & is cool also not hot. 2) Swimming pool is dirty. The cleanliness of the bathroom. Not so clean. The weekend I stayed had too many people, and it was a bit noisy at night due to some visitors who did not respect other people's peace and quite. The guards really tried to get them to get quite down but it did not work. The noise went on until 12 midnight. Please avoid peak season as the resort look so crowded and noisy. The beach was not clean enough to swim with as its near with the ship harbor, we can see the ship's oil spilt at the beach. The pool's water turned a bit mud color because of too pack! I cant barely see my leg when I'm in the pool's water. Poor facilities i.e: 1.nothing in the room, like coffee or tea, bath foam, toothbrust, etc. 2. No WIFI in the room 3. No shuttle bus service offered to transport visitors from and to the airport, or to the other places in town. 4. Last but not least, the whole building seemed need to be renovated!!!. the staff is ok but need to improve their service. specially they have to smile and communication also greetings. the hot pot inside the room is rusty. Staff never inform swimming tower need to use coupon from the card holder. Not many activities, should arrange more games likes darts and archery. So difficult to swim because too many people. Tennis court too wasteful, if replaced to a adult pool better. Wifi can't connected !. Buffet not variety, customer service need to be improve. Every room must be equip with tv remote. The electric shower heating element wasn't working. The lift was smelly. the beach are dirty. The single bed room of two room has no air conditioning. No wifi for block A. Swingpool water not so clean. Must improve at check in counter due to busy time, no laed to monitor and solve customer problem. The lift for block D is wet and slow. No beach,nearby sanitary area at Lexis hotel. Many did not wear proper attire in the swimming pool (tudung and some in normal Baju). Room A-6-2 • Secondary room no aircond • No Astro, TV³ channel bad reception • Simple buffet breakfast, not much variety. Sink toilet and shower stopped water. Beach dirty & cannot swim. It looked like an apartment more than a resort and definitely needs better maintenance. Very crowded during breakfast and at the swimming pool. 1. the time for pool towel collection - should be earlier instead of 10am and hv to return it at 1130... 2. Its 1 bed plus 1 servants bed. Same as 3 bed mentioned in letsbookhotel.com but its a 2 bed room appartment with 1 servant bed. Pls update accordingly to served better to guest. The beach area is too small. Not all bedroom with air-conditioned. The room that i stayed not well maintain.. The fasilities is so poor..aircond not really working. Housekeeping n the other department (maintainance dept) are lack of communication. Slow service from the housekeeping. Swimming pool are dirty... Breakfast are very poor n the arrangement also poor. Please renovate soon. we totaly not satisfied with that barbecue lot... its doesnt make any sence but the price is very expensive... we thought there is gazebo. suppose we have 5 free breakfast, but then the receptionist never inform us to have it before 10am. by right when we check in hotel their must inform us, so we didnt take our breakfast, because we went to coffee house at 10.45am... please take note this. My bad experience during my recent visit: We've requested 2 extra pillows thru Room Service and make 5 to 6 follow up after of which nobody answered. And the pillows doesn't arrived.... Pool overcrowed with dirty pool water Overcrowded during check in and breakfast too Toilet is not well maintained. Mentioned got bathtub but unfortunately no bathtub. Feeling just like at my own apartment. Only allowed check-in at 3.00pm which is very late. Same dishes serve for breakfast everyday, not much variety, and dining area have lots of fly flying around. I believed the pool do not run any filtering system as the pool water are cloudy. A bit too noisy. Not a big issue but perhaps the sound system need to be a bit better. I have no issue for night life just that on this trip it was a family trip for me. Other times when I'm travelling as a single group of friends its fine. So the hotel need to cater both group of packs. Dining hall small. Long queue for take food. have to do something about it. for example make it two lane. Shower very slow. 1.pool open for public. 2.not enough pool towel provided. 3.hotel didn't give discount for gov.servant even though my booking was change to walk-in. 4.drain near the kitchen ......smell 5.food for breakfast not enough.
