I liked this hotel so much! very relaxing place, very polite people. 100% enjoyed staying in it. Nice swimming pool and very close to beach and beside beach is a small bar, everything done for fantastic rest. And also loved massage done by professionals, felt super after each massage. thank you so much for comfort and relaxation!. thr location is amazing, far from noise, but still close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. the hotel is on the beach, no need to walk for reaching it. the sunset was really nice. Breakfast had a lot of selection, both western and local, sweat and salty.

While a little away from everything (and everywhere on Langkawi is spread out and away from each other) taxis were very quickly assessable. right on the beach with a nice pool. a little further out from town than expected but we enjoyed the walk to the bars and restaurants. clean and comfortable room. the hotel beach and the hospitality the staff is excellent near to the city hall the breakfast was very good. Choices of food at breakfast. Pool, beach, waterfront dining. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet. Breackfast: freshly served Dishes from all communauties. It was worth the money. Bathrooms a little tired and could use some refreshing. Water pressure in shower not constant. No staff to assist with heavy luggage on departure. This was a particular problem because there is no elevator. Margarita cocktail: too much salted !. The breakfast needs to have more varieties. Cleanliness is not perfect, but what can you wait from 3 star hotel, if U need better look for twice expensive hotels near. ex. Holliday Villa. Room not cleaned properly. There was someone elses hair clogging the sink when we arrived. Hot water only lasted a few minutes. Waiting for taxi during peak hours. Wifi limited to lobby only. The building was old with very rudimentary facilities. there is not any elevator, central cooling. I disappointed when reached to to the hotel at first. the entrance stairs' stone were broken, the reception desk was very old fashion and they did not give a good feeling to me. The staffs were not really friendly, the breakfast was based on Malay and Indian cuisines and you could not find any type of cheese. Room was somewhat damp, with bad smell on arrival, though this diminished when air con was on. A little further than I wanted (25-30mins walk - or convenient short taxi ride) from the main shops of Cenang. Room a bit dated, tv old fashion, tv remote not working, water drop from bathroom ceiling. Room smells. No view at all from the room. Swimming pool not clean. they should have lift. - The staircase - Non-English speakig staff. Toilet needs upgrading and care on slopes slippery. Facilities. Very small and dirty bathroom. Room and bathroom infected with small insects. Sliding door to separate bathroom from room, not closing proprely. Very poor breakfest, meant probably only for amateur of asian food. This resort shall be not rated as 3 stars. The room is like a 1 star hotel. The only good thing was the pool. Will not recommand for familly with children. Nice beach with white sand but with smelly water most probably polluted with discharge of waste water. very old resort which needs refurbishments. smelly room, perhaps because of old carpets. furnitures old and bad condition. breakfast not good. we only use our breakfast voucers on the first day. overall the rates are too high such a resort hotel. need to revamp almost everything. the bathroom was not good, it was too small. the room was smelly. I think the price is too much for this hotel. . Bad and poor condition of the room. Broken cupboard door, Poor TV reception, broken door knob. Dinner by seaside is not available as closing early and no menu display. *Food served at the beach restaurant, expensive and not very good.. *Old rooms *tv almost not working *old and noisy air con system *bed so so. by far not a 4 star resort. needs a total renovation. filthy carpet & lino in the room. A/C much too noisy & heating up the balcony. can't be recommnded. Boring and dark colour decorated hotel with neon light everywhere. Uninterested staff shuffling all the time. So overall depressing...we changed hotel!. Staff attitude, bad smell, no elevator. I had to carry my heavy luggage to the third floor myself because no one was there to help. The location is poor and not very close to shops and restaurants. -No pool bar in use. -No room service -No one one to take you to your room. -No lifts, three stories of stairs and having to drag your bags up is not fun! -Air con leaked - room was dingy - cable tv stopped working, assuming bill was not paid as it said your not subscribed to this Chanel although it was there previously - breakfast below average - this place is defiantly overpriced!!!.
