Excellent stay for budget type traveler. Although the bed is not as comfortable as the 5 star hotel, but still okay for sleeping under cold air condition after a tired travelling around in Malacca. The room is simple and clean. Although is shared bathroom, but it is extremely clean! The WIFI connection is smooth. -

Things are simple, but everythings works fine (aircon, fan, bathroom, etc.). A simple coffee/tea and toast breakfast, but ok and handy to start the day.

The reception is very friendly, help to arrange the tour in the town and explain the best food of Malacca. The hotel is very clean and tidy in all the places. Even use the public shower room, I don't feel anything not comfortable.
The location is just at the center of the tourism place, all the places are by walking distance. -

no view out of room but it doesn't feel claustrophobic as they do have a window (which opened out to common corridor but kept closed);

Bala, the owner of the guest house was a great host, if there is anything you need to know he'll gladly help, he's kind and such a gentlemen. The guesthouse itself is great value for money, cosy and clean. It is in a very central location, literally a minute away from Jonker Walk. I will definitely stay at this guest house if I stay in Melaka agai

This is a great little place. Really central and close to everything you need. Mr Bala and the other staff are lovely and helpful and made me, a solo female traveller feel welcome and safe. Yes it's a budget accommodation but it's a good, clean base for exploring Malaka. I would stay there again!
