Easy accessabillity to all surrounding placeses, excellent sevice provided by the entire staff cleanliness and value of manoy. I highly recommend this hotel. everything was great. It was a delightful place to stay in and this hotel is located on the best spot of KL right next to the Twin Towers. everything was great except part of the facilities were not accessible due to the preparation and ushering the New Year.

The room was spacious, comfortable with a very nice view.Surprisingly many child families so no calm dips to the pool.. the food in grill restaurant was ok, but the prices are too high!. the food in the Chinese restaurant was just average. yes, the high price for wireless internet or business center. And laundry was quite expensive. when I arraived there was no availability for the room I booked so I had to stay in club room which I didn't like the rate of it. The swimming pool wass too small and under repair. While in bed you can hear the next room water running like its in your own room, it was really bad and i went twice to the reception and complained but nothing was done. I've been to many 5 stars hotels and I use to hear the water running thru the pipes but it was acceptable noise but this time it was really bothering us a lot in the room. the way of charging the internet, as they charge 68 RM even if i use it for one second and it should be counteniusly 24 hr. not as other Hotels (some of them Free).There was no arabic news and sports channels, only one kind of variety arabic channel. The Air Condition was quite warm. All the staff were very friendly, except the first one who received us on our arrival to the hotel, she was not friendly and did not let us correct some details about our home address otherwise all the other staff were very nice and helpful.
