Lovely hotel, beautiful room, friendly and efficient staff, and top-notch location between KLCC and The Pavilion. Overall great value for the money. I wouldn't waste money for the deluxe room again as the view is not very good and the room is not much bigger (you just get a desk in the room which you won't use unless you have to work).
