The management and staff were helpful, responsive and on time despite some changes to my arrival times due to transport issues. This was why I chose this apartment over other units offered by other management since there is no reception like in a hotel. Place was clean. There was daily cleaning at 2pm. Shared swimming pool and children playground was a big plus! Only a kitchen with 2 sets of utensils and a small microwave but I was impressed there was detergent for washing in the kitchen. No l.
all reviews » This is a furnished apartment that is rented from an agent who has an office in the building. If you understand that some normal hotel services may be lacking , then this is great, but if you are looking for a conventional hotel with 24 hours service, then this is not what you want. Having said that, the staff are courteous, professional and efficient, and were responsive to my requests promptly. Check in was smooth; staff met us at the lobby. Room was very spacious. Ac was good. Pantry was equipped with basic but sufficient stuff for a short stay. Had a good city view at Level 29. quiet. Location was great; annexed to the shopping mall. Parking rate was reasonable at max RM8/day. the shower rain excellent..the view also great as we watching sunrise and sundown just from the room...pls bear In mind that this a apartment.....not a hotel room.if you need flat sceern tv...just stay at home...im definetly will visit again.. Very quiet, loved having lounge chairs to relax in, liked everything with no complaints. Apartment managers where so good on arrival and departure. Stored our luggage fore free till we left for airport at 7pm. Will stay next time in kl. The location is great because it's just at Berjaya Times Square. Near to Sungei Wang, Pavillion etc... The location is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is located opposite Sungei Wang and is about 10 mins walk to Bukit Bintang Walk. Located directly to Berjaya Times Square. Convenient shoud you wish to watch midnight movie and late night shopping. Location is convenient and accessible tommy amenities and near to the shopping belt. Good location. 1 set of keys for elevator access and apartment probably not enough. For me this was an after thought. I could have tried to request for another set of keys. Although this is an apartment block not a hotel, there is not a single seat to sit in the lobby while waiting for transport. Forgot to mention to management that the bath tub is leaking as we hardly use it. . Nothing. Staff made a blunder insisting check out time was 11.30am whilst it was clearly stated in the contract at noon. He even threatened me that late charges would apply after 11.30am. Luckily, his manager Ivan called to apologise and said it's noon. nothing... Leaving to go home. Each level is hosted by different companies so it can be confusing for the security guard and the patrons. Nothing. there is no lobby and the staff is expecting a call from the guest when arrive to the entrance so they will get down to receive you. that caused a hastle for the entire family especially there are no seating area, valley parking, or guest parking. I think the kitchen was fine but would of like a toaster. I think this and maybe having a couple of more kitchen utensils. Also the beds ( mattress ) were very hard.Matbe a little to hard. Wood work inside the Apartment has become old (can be improved). Somewhat better cooking facility (Hot plate in addition to Microwave) can be provided within Service Apartment. That will help guests significantly that stay for longer duration. No wifi. TV reception in the main bedroom was not clear. The facilities need to be upgraded seems like its been a while already such as some broken tiles, replace with flat screen tv, modern design furniture and etc. Furnishing is very old especially bed is very irritating whereby the bed spring is already damaged and pushing your body while sleeping- very2 uncomfortable. No free entry for car park. Pay by yourselves. staff service was slow. last day my bathroom was block. lift slow. Some staff members were 'hands off'. Took money on arrival and then do not comeback with whatever was promised. No intercom with office/since no reception was available. This made communication dificult. Nothing. 1. WIFI connection very slow 2. wardrobe door wood dented 3. besheet never change 4. NO safebox. Apartment should hv a place to hang clothes, other than hanging in toilet. There is no internet available in my room (even if you wish to pay). The room must have been flooded from the signs on door frames and carpets. The water supply cut off, after that the coming water was in yellow colour. No LCD TV. Tv can be upgraded. There were no reception at the lobby when we reached the hotel the security guy didnt allows us in even we showed him our booking recet and told us to call the hotel guys we were very angry that day because of the way they treat us. We requested a late check out since our flight was at evening time, a laddy in charge refused and she insisted us to check out at 11:30 insted of 12:00 I will not go to tgis hotel again. There is no free Wi-Fi. The security guards are not helpful nor friendly. We had to carry our own bags up the suite. There is a pool however, no indication where the pool towels are. We had to go up the room with our wet clothes. disappointed with check out service. we mentioned our taxi coming at 1pm so we ask for 1pm check out but staff insist we have to check out by 12pm. so our luggage was sent down to lobby and we have to wait outside the building for our taxi for almost an hour. Staff. My check-in on the East Tower but I have to walked for distance to West Tower because my rooms located at West Tower.. Please put air freshener inside the rooms because its smelly a bit, the tv pls always check bcoz not proper tv chanel with drain batteries remote control(I've to buy my own battery juz to use the remote control) & the aircond is not cold enough .. Furniture and items are not well-maintained. There is no WIFI. Still using the CRT TV. Not enough pillow. The room is very outdated, stale and old looking. My stay on many other different hotels, this is the first time I saw a CRT TV with and VCD player in the room. I wonder who still uses VCD in this era. The security guard was also Very unhelpful and rude... And no sense of proactiveness. To many to list. Room was dirty, bed sheets dirty (hair and stains on sheets), shower had mould, not enough essential in kitchen, room smelt of cigarette, very old, dirty and uncomfortable furniture, tv did not work well, no phone or wifi in room, front foyer was smelling of cigarette and had no where to sit and wait for agent or taxi. It was a disappointing end to our family holiday. No staff turned up to meet us on prearranged arrival time. Mattress had big stain on it visible thru the sheet. Couch was old and stained. Didn't have reception , the room stunk smoke and the fact u had to pay 100 aust deposit and no ph to even contact reception the whole set up is wrong and the fact we booked two rooms and wanted them close and that never happened. I booked using "letsbookhotel.com", but when I arrived I found out that I am not a Hotel guest, I shall contact some travel agent, I was not allowed to use some facilities because I was not a Hotel guest. The room was very very old, I found Lizard next to my bed. Water leak in bathroom in short words, I do not recommend staying in this hotel.
